5 Mol/L nitric acid solution in nozzle plate pulsed column have been studied.

The results show that increase of the pre-expansion pressure, decrease of the pre-expansion temperature and the nozzle diameter result in increase of supersaturation and nucleation of the supercritical solution and decrease of the particle size. The supersaturation in the course of RESS can reach 10〓 and nucleation rate is about 10〓 particles m〓s〓.

计算结果表明，预膨胀压力增加，超临界溶液在快速膨胀过程中过饱和度提高；预膨胀温度提高，超临界溶液在膨胀过程中的过饱和度和成核速率降低；喷嘴的直径减小，流体密度降在膨胀过程中增大，从而导致溶液的过饱和度和成核速率提高。

The preparation procedures were optimized by orthogonal test L9（34） with the mean particle size and the amounts of total-phenol as indexes. Factors of the extraction pressure and temperature,diameter of nozzle, pre-expansion temperature were evaluated for their effects on preparation process.
