Methods Thirty-five healthy volunteers and forty-two patients clinically diagnosed as globus hystericus entered the study. The pressure of UES and the rate of UES relaxation were measured by Medtrontic Esophageal Manometry system . The larynx was examined using videolaryngoscopy.
