Objective To investigate the clinical feature, characteristics of acoustic and aero-dynamic peremeters of functional dysphonia contrasted with the normal adults and evaluate the value of acoustic and aero-dynamic measurements in the diagnosis and treatment of functional dysphonia.

目的 观察功能性发声障碍喉镜图像、嗓音声学特征及空气动力学变化，探讨喉镜检查、计算机声学分析、空气动力学变化在功能性发声障碍诊断、鉴别诊断、分类及治疗中的应用价值，初步建立功能性发声障碍临床诊断标准。

Methods 190 patients were randomly divided into two groups:the trial group with1%dicaine（2ml）and dexamethasone（5mg）for local laryngeal anesthesia before tracheal intubation,the control group as usual methods.To observe the laryngeal edema using fibrolaryngoscope and record the rates of hoarseness,laryngalˉgia after24hours extract tube.

将190例病人随机分为试验组和对照组，试验组在气管插管前后用1%地卡因2ml加地塞米松5mg对声门区及声门下进行表面喷雾麻醉，然后气管插管，对照组常规气管插管对照，术后24h随访，用纤维喉镜检查咽喉红肿情况并记录声音嘶哑和喉痛发生率。

A 45-year-old female patient presented with foreign body sensation in the throat for half a year. An epiglottic cyst was highly suspected by indirect laryngoscopy. However, high bleeding tendency was encountered during surgical excision under direct laryngoscopy. KTP laser was used to vaporize the residual tumor and to terminate bleeding. The pathology revealed cavernous hemangioma.

Results The rate of hoarseness,laryngalgia is4.2%in trial gourp,the control group is20.2%.The rates of laryngeal edema in two groups are3.1%,17.1%respectively.
