船上有CT室、DR室、特诊室、特检室、口腔诊疗室、眼耳鼻喉诊室、药房、血库、制氧站、中心负荷吸引系统和压缩空气系统等医疗保障系统；配设多个手术室和护士站；设有重症监护病床、重伤病床、烧伤病床、普通病床、隔离病床等各类病床数百张；船上还设有远程医疗会诊系统；飞行甲板面积近千平方米，可供多种型号的直升机起降；配有多部特殊规格的电梯，供伤员转运使用。
