Considering influence of gear meshing excitation and the coupling effect of transmission system and structure system, a transient analysis of the gearbox system is performed, which is composed of shaft, gear, bearing and housing, and dynamic response curve of every node for gearbox system are obtained.

研究工作包括：渐开线采用小段直线的拟合；关键点采用渐开线公式的极坐标形式计算；外齿轮齿廓渐开线要考虑两种情况的生成；外齿轮上以作用力的方式代替转距以保证在节点处啮合外齿轮所要旋转的角度；用ANSYS软件仿真了几组不同的情况，并将仿真结果与理论计算结果进行比较，结果表明所用理论方法和所建模型的正确性。

In this paper, we proved that there exists only one contact point between a pair of non-circular gears working under the designed pitch curves when they are manufactured by involute cylindrical gear cutter in numeric control slotting machine. Under this manufacturing condition, the pair of non-circular gears can mesh accurately.
