Regional development occupies large land, develops lots of contents, relates to multifields including industry, construction, business and civicism, so it is necessary to identify its influence on nature environment such as air, groundwater quality, surface water quality and hydrological condition, sound, soil, plants, topographty and social environment such as population, traffic, economic structure.
