The news entertainment is studied in three aspects. In the first part, the roots of the entertainment news are also studied through three ways: the culture background of postmodernism, the fashion of consumerism and epicurism, and the influential position of medium behoof. In the second part, the aesthetics in entertainment news is studied through the relationship among the news, entertainment and aesthetics. In the last part, the judgement in moral and the conduction in entertainment are studied through the moralism of the news and the obligation of the mass media.

本文分为上、中、下三篇，从三个不同方面分别对新闻娱乐化现象进行了探究、思考和评判：上篇从后现代主义的文化语境、消费享乐主义的盛行、媒介商业利益的凸显等角度分析我国新闻娱乐化现象出现的深层原因；中篇从新闻、娱乐、审美三者之间的内在联系上，对新闻娱乐化现象进行审美思考：下篇从新闻的道德性和大众传媒的社会责任等方面对新闻娱乐化现象进行道德评判及引导。

They are defining the connotation of management system and work mechanism of urban house pulling down and migration, formation of strategies for urban house pulling down and migration, that is to establish united management organization in the establishment of the organization, the management of urban house pulling down and migration indifferent to business projects, and focusing on public projects, raising compensatory prices and adjust original compensatory basis in compensatory mechanism, perfecting housing social insurance system in related policy, and increasing the amount of placement houses and build up a reasonable housing supply structure.

文章仅针对现行城市拆迁中存在的问题，提出了应用可拓方法的对策，明确了城市拆迁管理体制及工作机制的内涵，生成城市拆迁的策略，即：在机构设置上要增设统一的管理机构；在管理范围上要淡出商业专案的拆迁，专心致力於公共专案的拆迁；在补偿机制上要提高补偿价格，调整原有的补偿依据；在相关政策上要完善住房社会保障体系；另外应增加安置房的数量，建立合理的住房供应结构。

In addition, we proposed a new approach to implement a descrambler. The security problem of speech communication has always been a demanding problem in military and business areas. A common approach to realizing end-to-end security is the use of a scrambler. Most of the scramblers are based on the permutation of speech signals in the time domain and/or frequency domain. On the other hand, descramblers are used to eavesdrop information from scrambled speech signals. We treated the descrambling problem as a puzzle solving problem. Some speech signals were used to demonstrate the performance of the proposed methods.

At last, the three level development strategies of commercial bank's enterprise pension business were proposed by using strategic management theory. These three level strategies are the corporate level strategies, the business level strategies and the operational level strategies. On the corporate level strategies, financial holding group model could be used to provide comprehensive enterprise pension service. On the business level strategies, the competitive strategies of differentiation and focus and the cooperative strategies used in the development of mixed management could be applied. On the operational level strategies, seven marketing development methods were proposed. They are fulfilling the construction of enterprise pension marketing channel, strengthening overall marketing and linkage marketing; differentiating customers and markets using multi-level marketing skill; strengthening advertisement of enterprise pension knowledge, developing potential customers of enterprise pension and etc.

最后，文章运用战略管理的理论方法全面提出了商业银行企业年金业务的三个层次发展战略：在公司层战略上，提出以金融控股集团模式提供企业年金综合服务；在业务层战略上，提出了以差异化和集中化为主的竞争战略和贯穿于混业经营发展过程中的合作战略；在经营层战略上提出了完善企业年金的营销渠道建设，加强整体营销、联动营销；细分客户、细分市场，采取多层次营销策略；加强企业年金知识的宣传普及，挖掘企业年金潜在客户等七大发展策略。
