METHODS Seventy-two patients with intractable depression were randomly assigned into aripiprazole combined with venlafaxine group (studied group, n=36) and venlafaxine alone group (controlled group, n=36). The dose of venlafaxine was 25 mg, bid, for 7-10 d and added to 175-300 mgd^(-1); and that of aripiprazole was 5 mgd^(-1), all together for 6 wk as a course.

将72例难治性抑郁症病人随机分成阿立哌唑合用文拉法辛组（研究组，n=36）与单用文拉法辛组（对照组，n=36），文拉法辛剂量：起始25 mg，bid，7~10 d内加至175~300 mgd^(-1)；阿立哌唑剂量：5 mgd^(-1)，治疗6 wk。
