哮喘患者

Objective:To observe the difference of pulmonary function and bronchodilatation test of the cases with asthmatic patients in their alleviative period.

目的：观察支气管哮喘缓解期老年及青年患者的肺通气功能、支气管舒张试验有何异同方法：对处于支气管哮喘缓解期的老年患者36例，青年患者28例，进行肺通气功能、支气管舒张试验测定并比较分析。

Moreover, after being followed up for 3 years, 49 patients who received regular SIT have less possibility to suffer from asthma than those of 23 cases patients who had irregular SIT, and the difference between them was statistically significant (P.01). For AR patients complicating with asthma, their asthmatic symptoms and physical signs had been improved after SIT. It was increasingly reduced for the level of TIgE, SIgE, and ECP in serum of AR patients after SIT.

此外，观察期满3年的49例接受系统免疫治疗的患者与未系统治疗患者23例发现，前者继发哮喘的几率低于后者，两者比较差异有统计学意义(P.01)；对合并有哮喘的AR患者经SIT后，哮喘症状体征有改善；患者血清TIgE、SIgE和ECP在SIT治疗后水平逐渐降低。

RESULTS: There were 2767 uncontrolled asthmatics and 2912 controlled asthmatics.

结果：共纳入2767名哮喘未得到有效控制的患者和2912名哮喘有效控制的患者。

Results: E237G was detected in 8 subjects among 69 asthmatics (11.6%), and in 1 of 28 controls(3.57%).
