Objective: By observing and probing into the etiology、pathogenesis、prevention and cure medicine of children"s bronchial asthma in catabasis in clinic and experiments,we try to find medication of children"s bronchial asthma in catabasis and probe into the prevention and cure elements on air-way inflammation in catabasis.

目的：本文旨在从临床及实验方面对儿童哮喘缓解期的病因病机和防治方药进行系统观察与探讨，寻求儿童哮喘缓解期的防治药物，探讨中药对哮喘缓解期气道炎性损伤的防治机理。

目的：本文旨在从理论、临床及实验方面对儿童哮喘缓解期的病因病机和防治方药进行系统观察与探讨，寻求儿童哮喘缓解期的防治新药，探讨中药对哮喘缓解期气道炎性损伤的防治机理。

Results (1) Maximum bound volume and equilibrium dissociation constant of β2AR of lymphocyte in asthma patients at remission stage were markedly higher than that in normal subjects, while cAMP levels in blood plasma showed no difference.

结果缓解期哮喘患者外周淋巴细胞βAR的密度较正常人明显升高，血浆cAMP水平无显著差异，而发作期哮喘患者βAR及血浆cAMP水平均较正常人明显降低；缓解期哮喘患者外周淋巴细胞β2ARmRNA水平与正常人无显著差异。

Bronchial asthma is the most common chronic diseases in children.Asthma can not be fully explained by imbalance of Thl/Th2.With the research progress of CD4+ CD25+ Treg cell,it has been found that CD4+ CD25+ Treg cell related factors such as forkhead/winged helix transcription factor,heine oxygenase-1,transforming growth factor-β,cytotoxic T lymphocyte-associated antigen-4 are closely linked to asthmatic mechanisms.

实验通过对哮喘人群的β〓-AR基因进行分型，探讨：β〓-AR编码区16、27位点及5'前导肽(5'LeaderCistron，5'LC)19位点遗传多态性在中国西南地区哮喘人群中的分布情况；三个位点多态性与哮喘临床表现型的关系；三个位点多态性对β〓受体激动剂反应性(支气管舒张反应，舒张反应动力学)的影响；16、27位点及5'前导肽19位点遗传多态性单倍型与哮喘临床表现型及β〓受体激动剂反应性的关系。
