Objective: To explore the efficacy and side effects of clonazepam and haloperidol in the treatment of excitement of psychotic disorder due to use of alcohol.

目的：比较氯硝西泮与氟哌啶醇肌注治疗酒精所致精神障碍兴奋的疗效和副反应。

Methods: A total of 100 patients met the criteria of CCMD-3 for alcoholic psychotic disorder were randomly assigned to clonazepam group and haloperidol group for one week treatment by injection.

对100例符合CCMD-3酒精所致精神障碍诊断标准的兴奋患者，分别应用氯硝西泮(50例)与氟哌啶醇(50例)肌注治疗7天。

There were no dystonic reactions noted to either dose of haloperidol.

氟哌啶醇两组均未见肌张力增高反应。
