And Haman said to the king, For the man whom the king desires to honor

6：7 哈曼就对王说，对于王喜欢赐尊荣的人

One of his attendants knew about the gallows Haman had prepared for Mordecai and mentioned this to the king.

在旁的一名太监知道哈曼为末底改造了一个木架，於是便告诉王。

And the king said to Haman, The silver has been given to you, as well as the people, to do with them as it seems good to you.

3：11 王对哈曼说，这银子仍赐给你，这民也交给你，你看怎样好，就怎样待他们。

Now Haman said in his heart, Whom would the king desire to honor more than me?

哈曼心里说，王喜欢赐尊荣的，不是我是谁呢？

As the word went out of the king's mouth, they covered Haman's face.

这话一出王口、人就蒙了哈曼的脸。

於是人将哈曼挂在他为末底改所预备的木架上。

And the king#s servants said unto him, Behold, Haman standeth in the court.

6：5 臣仆说，哈曼站在院内。
