本试验建立了水稻的HPL酶活性测定体系，测定了水稻萌发过程中的HPL酶活性，并进行了水稻HPL基因的克隆及表达研究，结果如下： 1、水稻HPL的酶活性测定在参考其它植物HPL酶活性测定方法的基础上，建立了水稻的HPL底物发生体系和酶活性测定体系，并测定了不同贮藏性水稻品种萌发过程中的种胚9-HPL、13-HPL活性和不同休眠性水稻品种种子的9-HPL、13-HPL酶活性。
