Seeds of three genotypes Medicago sative L. were irradiated by 0, 1000, 1500 and 2000Gy 60Co γ-rays, comparison was made among different genotypes at same dosage, and the other is the same genotype at different dosage. The effects of irradiation on root tip cell in Medicago sative L. were studied.

论述了定西在豌豆根腐病研究及抗病育种的进展，介绍了甘肃中部地区豌豆根腐病的主要致病菌是茄镰刀菌Fusarium solani(MarsSacc、豌豆丝囊霉等8种病原真菌复合侵染引起的根腐综合症；通过选育抗根腐病品种是解决问题最经济有效环保的措施，先后培育出了不同生态类型的豌豆品种定豌1号到定豌5号，基本解决了生产中因根腐病导致的减产、绝收现象，这些品种在甘肃中部、宁夏南部的旱地农业生产中发挥了重要作用。

To a breeder of new plant varieties, a Plant Variety Protection is only as useful as it is enforceable, and in this paper it is my aim to introduce the principles of enforcement, based on the European Community Plant Variety legislation as implemented through a standardised Licence Agreement system.

The effect of low temperature treatment on DNA methylation level decrease revealed some variety differences. The DNA methylation level in stem apices of the spring radish cultivar'Duanye 13'was somewhat easy to be decreased by low temperature treatment, but that of the winter radish cultivar'Yidianhong'did not decrease when the germinated seeds were treated at 10℃ for 10 days.

萌动种子低温处理降低DNA甲基化水平的效果在品种间存在一定差异，春性品种'短叶13'其DNA甲基化水平比较容易被降低，而冬性品种'一点红'的萌动种子在10℃下处理10d尚不能降低其DNA甲基化水平。

Mitochondrial cytochrome b sequence were used to study the molecular evolution and phylogeny of Anser cygnoides(15 breed of Chinese goose), Anser anser(2 breed of domestic European goose) and Anser albifrons(the lesser white-fronted goose, Genbank accession number AF363031). Sequence analysis revealed that there were 29 variable sites and 4 haplotypes in 45 sequences, nucleotide diversity and haplotype diversity were 0.0068,0.45 respectively, insertion/deletion or frameshift mutation were not found in Cyt-b gene sequences(1143bp).

本实验测定了中国家鹅15个品种、欧洲鹅2个品种共44个个体的细胞色素b基因全序列，与Genbank库中自额雁细胞色素b基因序列合并在一起比对分析，17个家鹅品种和白额雁细胞色素b基因全序列均为1143bp，序列中没有缺失、插入或移码突变，共检测到29个变异位点、4种单倍型，核苷酸多样度和单倍型多样度分别为0.00648和0.45。
