Result:The two cases were all cured without lesion reoccurring by the end of following up period within 10 and 13 years.Conclusions:There is a close with congenital of chondroma.The clinical manifestation of chondroma in sinonasal and nasopharyngeal were complex.

结果：1例肿瘤位于均筛窦，破坏上颌窦内侧骨壁突向上颌窦腔及鼻腔；1例其基底位于以圆枕为中心的鼻咽侧壁，病理结果均诊断为软骨瘤，手术切除全部治愈，追踪分别10年和13年无复发。

Symptoms inquring,nasal respiratory,X ray,CTand MRI images were no valuable for the diagosis of chondroma.Their diagnosis was made based on pathohistology.The chondroma were often damaged in the most of the cases.Suryery is an effective method on chondroma.

鼻窦鼻咽部软骨瘤病因不明，多数学者认为可能是来源于异位的软骨胚芽及头颅软骨遗基的残余，如果只靠症状及鼻腔检查、X线摄片、 CT及MRI扫描一般不能诊断本病，病理是诊断软骨瘤的金指标，治疗则以手术为主。

Fourteen pathologic conditions were diagnosed with a biopsy: 4 nasopharyngeal carcinomas (0.2%), 1 hypopharyngeal carcinoma (0.05%), 2 metastatic carcinomas of the hypopharynx (0.1%), 1 vocal cord dysplasia (0.05%), 1 interarytenoid leukoplakia (0.05%), 4 cases of lymphoid hyperplasia (0.2%; 1 in the epiglottis, 3 in the nasopharynx), and 1 pharyngitis (0.05%).
