Methods Subtotal laryngectomy with preservation of arytenoid cartilage to reconstruct laryngeal function was reviewed in 20 patients with T3 laryngeal cancer(3 cases with glottic cancer and 17 cases with supraglottic cancer).

对20例T3级喉癌，其中声门型3例(T3N0M0)、声门上型17例(T3N1M05例，T3N0M012例)，根据病变范围行保留单侧或双侧杓状软骨喉次全切除及功能重建术，并设计环咽吻合术式。

Result:The two cases were all cured without lesion reoccurring by the end of following up period within 10 and 13 years.Conclusions:There is a close with congenital of chondroma.The clinical manifestation of chondroma in sinonasal and nasopharyngeal were complex.

结果：1例肿瘤位于均筛窦，破坏上颌窦内侧骨壁突向上颌窦腔及鼻腔；1例其基底位于以圆枕为中心的鼻咽侧壁，病理结果均诊断为软骨瘤，手术切除全部治愈，追踪分别10年和13年无复发。

Midline glossectomy is an effective treatment method for those, especially for OSAS with multiple narrowed sites.

本研究总结我院近 1 2年来采用舌根部分切除术及悬雍垂腭咽成形术式联合治疗OSAS 5例，经随访观察疗效满意，现报道如下。

Methods 21 cases of craniopharyngoima in suprasellar region were resected by trans-supraorbital approach, the diameter of tumors varied from 3.0 to 6.5cm; partial cystic tumor in 13 and solid tumor in 8. Skin incision was made in eyebrow, the hemicycle bone flap was approximately 2.5cm×3.0cm, tumor was dissected in I,II,III spaces and trans-endplate.

对21例位于鞍上，肿瘤上下径为3.0～6.5cm的颅咽管瘤患者(部分囊性变者13例，完全实性者8例)，作眉弓内弧形小切口，在眶上铣开一为2.5cm×3cm的半圆形小骨瓣，术中根据肿瘤位置，从I、II、III间隙和终板入路切除肿瘤。

Patients in treatment group were operated with improved UPPP, soft palate and lateral pharyngeal wall were stitched with U suturation skill. Patients in control group were stitched with conventional suturation skill.

实验组按照改良UPPP术式切除相应组织，U形缝合软腭外侧及咽侧壁；对照组按照改良UPPP术式进行切除及切缘对位缝合。

Physical examination showed oropharyngeal stricture and nasal abnormality. The patients underwent UPPP in combination with partial inferior turbinectomy and/or submucous resection of nasal septum, and followed up for 1-2 years after operation.

检查证实同时有口咽狭窄和鼻部异常，在行UPPP手术同期行下鼻甲部分切除术和鼻中隔偏曲黏膜下切除术，术后随访1~2年。
