Methods Twenty-eight cases of nasopharyngitis and 8 cases of early nasopharyngeal carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed.

回顾性分析2000年1月-2005年12月经我科确诊的28例鼻咽炎和8例早期鼻咽癌患者的临床资料，其中12例鼻咽炎病检前疑诊为鼻咽癌。

Results: One case was misdiagnosed as nasopharyngitis and others were misdiagnosed as nasopharyngeal carcinoma.

结果：12例均被误诊，l例被误诊为鼻咽炎，11例被误诊为鼻咽癌，通过系统抗痨治疗后鼻咽病变均消失。

鼻咽炎与早期鼻咽癌有时不易鉴别，结合鼻咽部CT检查，在鼻内镜下取材病检为临床鉴别诊断的较好方法。

Methods Retrospective analyze the CT signs and pathology of the 16 cases with chronic nasopharyngitis who had underwent CT scanning within recent years in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.The results were compared with that of disease in pharynx which had the resemble CT signs.

By in situ hybridization, 53BP2 mRNA expression is revealed in tumor cell nests of NPC paraffin sections. The strong positive particles localize in the nuclei of tumor cells; but slight positive signals are also found in tissue cells of chronic nasopharyngitis and connective tissue, such as lymphocytes and smooth muscle cells; There are also positive signals in the nuclei of hyperplastic squamous epithelial cells. However, 53BP1 mRNA expression is not found in nuclei of tumor cells, tissues of chronic nasopharyngitis and connective tissue.

原位杂交结果显示，石蜡切片的鼻咽癌癌巢内，可见53BP2的强阳性表达信号，信号呈紫色颗粒状分布于胞核，核仁清晰可见；而在相同条件下，在慢性鼻咽炎组织和癌旁上皮的结缔组织，也可见弱表达信号，如淋巴细胞和平滑肌细胞；在增生的鳞状上皮细胞的核内，可找到强阳性信号。53BP1在鼻咽癌、慢性鼻咽炎组织和癌旁上皮的结缔组织切片上，均无表达信号。

According to 97 UICC classification, T_1 was 14 cases, T_214, T3 14 and T_4 11; N_0 was 15 cases, N_1 22, N_2 11 and N_3 5; Stage I was 5 cases, II 13, III 20 and IV 15. 10 nasopharyngeal biopsy specimens were collected from patients with chronic nasopharyngitis who had been diagnosed definitely by HE stain in the same hospital (male 6 and female 4), which were served as normal controls.

分期根据97UICC标准：T_1 14例，T_2 14例，T_3 14例，T_4 11例；N_0 15例，N_1 22例，N_2 11例，N_3 5例；Ⅰ期5例，Ⅱ期13例，Ⅲ期20例，Ⅳ期15例。10例鼻咽部慢性炎症常规石蜡切片标本也由浙江省温岭市第一人民医院病理科提供，HE染色确诊为鼻咽部慢性炎症，其中男性6例，女性4例，作为对照组。
