本文用抗补体免疫酶法检查鼻咽部脱落细胞的EBNA，结果①79例鼻咽癌病人全部阳性，其阳性检出率比细胞学(87.3％)和组织学(91.1％)方法高；②4例初次检查EBNA阳性，但细胞学和组织学阴性者，3个月内复查也找到癌细胞；③18例头颈部其他肿瘤病人和21例胎儿全部阴性，并为细胞学和组织学方法所证实。

Results After acute paraquat poisoned thirteen patients appearanced oralis indisposition, nausea, vomit, then appearanced multiple organ functional defect, such as dyspnea, oliguria. Treated with gastric lavage, hemoperfusion, glucocorticoid and so on. Amongst Twelve patients, three patients were cure, seven patients death in hospital, three patients gave up treating then death out of hospital.

结果 13例患者中毒后早期表现为口咽部不适，恶心呕吐，腹痛等，逐渐出现呼吸困难，少尿等各器官受损的表现，予早期催吐，洗胃，血液灌流及糖皮质激素等治疗，13例患者住院1～28d，3例好转，7例院内死亡，3例自动出院后死亡。
