Ling-Chih Chou carried out her art project called Too Salty, which entailed inviting local community members to cook eleven salty dishes with the artist. At the exhibition opening, she invited the guests to eat the dishes and explore the area history and development. Chou also conducted and documented interviews, creating an installation to address the environmental issue of soil salination and area development.
