咳嗽

治疗上应尽早气管切开；气管切开指针要放宽；皮质激素短期用于肺水肿或严重支气管痉挛；雾化吸入、气道灌洗对防治肺部感染、促进稠痰坏死黏膜排出具有较好效果；鼓励病人深呼吸，咳嗽、翻身拍背，定时更换体位以利引流。
