PURPOSE: To Explore the application of orthognathic surgery to treat malunioned fracture of maxillofacial bone, and the methods in reconstructing facial shape and occlusion.

目的：探讨正颌外科技术在颌面部陈旧性骨折中的临床应用，以寻找恢复面部外形和正常咬合关系的方法。

Conclusions】 According to image of spiral CT scanning, application of ostectomy and rigid internal fixation with mini Ti plate in patients with old fractures in maxillary bone can improve facial appearance and mastication function substantially.

结合螺旋CT三维重建技术进行检查，对上颌骨陈旧性骨折行切开截骨复位和坚固内固定能有效改善面部外观和咬合功能。

The treatment to periodontal disease is mainly combined therapy,which control inflammation by periodontal medicine and operation;adjust interlocking,eliminate dental wound,relieve the burden of peridental supporting tissue by recovery treatment;fix the loose teeth,disperse the bite force,control the patho-loose and displacement,elevate the masticatory efficiency,make the troubled teeth to rest,is benefit to the control to periodontal inflammation and the healing of destructed periodontium.

牙周病治疗主要是综合治疗，通过牙周药物治疗、手术治疗来控制炎症；通过修复治疗调整咬合，消除牙创伤，减轻牙周支持组织的负担；固定松牙，分散力，控制病理性松动和移位，提高咀嚼效能，使患牙得到生理性休息，利于牙周炎症的控制和已破坏的牙周组织的愈合。

The data came from a male volunteer who had the full dentition、healthy periodontium and normal occlusion relationship.

建立下颌骨的三维有限元模型。选用牙列完整整齐，牙周健康，咬合关系正常的成年男性志愿者1例。

结果 涂层界面形貌的不同反映出两种涂层的结合机理不尽相同，冷喷涂层界面出现明显的机械咬合现象，而轧制涂层以冶金结合为主；冷喷涂层组织致密，孔隙率随着喷涂厚度的增加逐渐降低；冷喷涂层的表面粗糙度高于轧制覆铜板，有必要对其进行一道轧制处理，改善涂层表面平整度。

The presurgical and post-surgical orthodontic treatmen were very important and necessary to regain the ideal face appearance and function.

结果：本研究5例患者经联合治疗后，颌骨关系正常，牙弓形态及曲线正常，牙排列整齐，咬合关系好，面型及功能均获明显改善，疗效满意。

选择10例上前牙外伤致松动的患者，应用直径为0.25mm金属结扎丝加光固化复合树脂固定，消除咬合创伤，随访观察6-24个月。结果：拆除光固化复合树脂及结扎丝后，10例患者前牙均已完全固定，效果满意。
