Aim: To study the amino acid-composition of purified 3 major components(arachin, conarachin I and conarachin II) and the five purified polypeptides. To separate the methionine-rich proteins and analyze their changes of synthesis and degradation during development and germination in peanut seeds.

目的：分析花生球蛋白、伴花生球蛋白Ⅰ和伴花生球蛋白Ⅱ及其组成多肽的氨基酸组成，筛选高甲硫氨酸多肽并研究其在花生种子发育和萌发过程中的合成降解规律。

The formation and evolution of magma have experienced three stages:① thermal fluid led to higher partial melting of lithosphere mantle and then formed hypoalkaline basalt with saturated initial sulfur when ascending asthenosphere contacted with the lithosphere mantle;② the initial magma intruded into the lower crust to form magma chamber, the crystallization of magma produced stratiform-like cumulate, including olivine, hypersthene, augite, magnetite, and then formed residual gabbroic magma with the participance of crustal material;③ the residual magma and ore-bearing cumulate intruded upward successively to shape original mafic complex rocks in Wuxing when the magma chamber cracked.

With common pakchoi as the material, they were soaked in mixed solution with 1000 times of methyl parathion, dimethoate, dichlorvos, pyralid treat phosphorus, poison-to-death barnyard grass and fenvalerate for 1 min, and then they were saved in CW(25℃, humidity 55%RH), LC(4 ℃, humidity 60%RH) and DW (-24 ℃, humidity 70%RH) after air dried. After saved for 0, 24, 48 and 72 h, the samples from which were taken to determine the residual quantity of pesticides in pakchoi of different treatments.

方法］以普通小白菜为材料，将其在1000倍甲基对硫磷、乐果、敌敌畏、治螟磷、毒死稗和氰戊菊酯的混合稀释液中浸泡1 min，取出晾干后分别在CW（25℃，湿度55%RH）、LC（4℃，湿度60%RH）和DW(-24℃、70%RH)条件下保存，0、24、48、72 h后分别取样，测定各处理小白菜中农药的残留量。

In this study, the electrical conductive composites (comprised of thermoplastic matrix resins-high density polyethylene, polyphenylene sulfide and polyarylethersuifone with cardo group, and conductive fillers-short carbon fiber, carhon black and graphite) are prepared and characterized in detail. The relation among composite structure and directalternating electric properties, some electric and magnetic parameters under X-band microwave and shielding effect, the mechanical behaviour are analysed. And furthermore, some relative experimental devices are developed.
