The number of platelet antibody crossmatch coincidence in 112 specimens of AA, 42 specimens of MDS and 95 specimens of leukemia were 45, 20 and 40, the coincidence rates were 40.18%、47.62% and 42.11%.The mean corrected count increment in 20 patients received platelet transfusion many times was 18.2 after crossmatch and 4.7 before crossmatch.

多次输注血小板的112个AA血液标本、42个MDS血液标本和95个白血病血液标本的血小板抗体交叉相合数分别为45、20和40个，相合率分别为40.18%、47.62%和42.11%； 20例多次输注血小板的病人交叉配合前的血小板增高指数平均为4.7，交叉配合后为18.2。

The research work of this article is made up of theory and application, it includes three partsrthe first, it takes SWOT analytical technology to analyse Zhangjiagang port" s developing strategic enviorment . The second, it according to the statistical figures about the cargo transport in recent years, it analyzes cargo transport structure and the changing law and the internal reason of cargo transport. 本文从理论和应用两个部分对港口发展战略进行了研究，研究的工作主要分三个部分：第一，应用SWOT法对港口发展环境进行技术分析；第二，在对国内外同类型港口进行分析的基础上，对张家港港的发展做一比较；根据张家港近年来有关货物运输的一些统计数据，对货物运输的结构和规模演变的规律及内在原因作一剖析，同时对到港船舶的结构变化进行预测，以求对运输需求有一个系统全面的了解；第三，应用灰色预测系统及三次指数平滑法和组合预测法对张家港港未来港口货运吞吐量进行科学预测，为张家港港货物装卸能力规划提供科学依据。

Home ranges of the sables were 4. 2—17. 2km〓. Males have larger home range size than femals. Home ranges sizes were different in every season. Home ranges were the Largeat in winter and smallest in summer. There was overlap between the males and the females and the two males seldom orlapped. Actiltty during the snow-free season was strongly diurnal wheareas winter activity was largely nocturnal. Activity was stronger at 6—8. 18—20 and 20—22. Sable's activies and food diversity index wes strongly corrected.

1995年4月～1996年11月。在内蒙古满归林业局北岸林场采用无线电跟踪技术和全球定位系统研究了紫貂的巢区和生境选择，紫貂巢区大小为4.2～17.2 km〓，雄性个体的巢区大于雌性个体的巢区，四季活动范围有差异，冬季活动范围最大而夏季最小，巢区的重迭多发生于异性个体，而雄性个体的巢区几乎不重叠，而且巢区呈线性趋势，紫貂在冬季主要是夜行，而其他季节主要是昼行，一般6～8时和20～22时活动较强，而且其活动率与其食物多样性指数成正相关。

Characteristics and principles of time clustering and frequency with a seismic sequence of more 380 years (1615 —1998) are performed using fractal theory and rescaling range analysis theory. It is concluded that the fiactal dimensions of seismic subset are similar to each other, the mean value is about 0.405, and interval of scale invariance can change 1-2 magnitude order. It is also found that the Hurst index ranges from 0.5412 to 0.5580. The results show that there is of statistical self-similar among different magnitude earthquakes in the area of bridge site.

应用分形理论和R/S分析原理，编写了程序，分析和研究了桥址区的380多年（1615～1998）地震序列的地震时间从集和地震频度特征及规律，得出桥址区不同震级范围的子集合具有近似相等的分维值，约为0.405，子集合无标度区可跨1～2数量级；不同震级层次的地震频度Hurst指数为0.5412～0.5580，都表明了桥址区不同震级层次的地震之间具有统计自相似性。
