To evaluate the relationship between concentrations and electroencephalographic indices, two different pharmacodynamic models were applied: a conventional model based on a single sigmoidal curve, and a novel model based on two sigmoidal curves for BIS and NCT values with and without burst suppression.

The simulation results show that the RMS and maximum values of vehicle-body vibration accelerations can be reduced by 55%~63% and 53%~66% separately in comparison with passive suspension control at different speed grades and the Sperling Ride Index is improved. The acceleration damping control has the good robust ability and adaptability.

仿真结果证明：与被动悬挂相比，车体振动加速度有效值和最大值在各速度级分别减少了55%~63%和53%~66%，Sperling乘坐指数也得到明显改善；且加速度阻尼控制具有很好的鲁棒性和适应性。

In this article, we used automotive immunohistochemical stainer to check the expressions of HBsAg and HCV antigens in 100 cases of HCC and their adjacent tissues, mean while, we checked their histological activity index and hepatic fibrosis degree. We also used radioimmunoassay to detect serum levels of 4 serum fibrosis markers and serum AFP levels in these cases. Immunofluorescence labeling and flow cytometry were used to check the T-cell subpopulations and the activity of NK cells of these 100 cases. Then the correlations among these factors were studied.

本文采用全自动免疫组化仪对100例肝癌组织及癌旁组织中的HBsAg、HCV抗原表达进行了标记，同时对其进行肝组织活动指数、纤维化分期；同时采用放射免疫测定方法检测同期血清透明质酸、Ⅲ型前胶原蛋白、层粘连蛋白和Ⅳ型胶原蛋白等四项血清肝纤维化标志物和血清甲胎蛋白水平；采用免疫荧光标记技术和流式细胞仪对T细胞亚群及NK细胞活性测定，对各项指标的相关性进行系列对比研究。

Methods］ MTT assay was employed to test the lethal concentration 50 (IC50) of sensitive germline (SK-OV-3) and ovarian cancer cell subline induced by ADR (SK-OV-3/adr) treated by 4 drugs, resistance index and reverse multiple were calculated. The changes of drug content were observed by fluorescence microscope, the intracellular accumulation of ADR was evaluated by fluorospectrophotometry, the changes of mdr 1/P-gp resistance were observed respectively by RT-PCR and Western blot.

The results showed that the crude protein content,the eighteen essential amino acids and the twelve essential amino acids in the powder of tetraploidy black locust for fodder leaves were highly at the four stages,and along with the time process,they were all descending gradually.Moreover,their essential amino acid score were also highly and their amino acid were balanceable.And their essential amino acid index of cattle,pig,chicken,duck,goose,fish,prawn and sheep were higher than 0.86,therefore they can be the excellent fodder of these animals.

结果表明，饲料型四倍体刺槐叶粉4个时期的粗蛋白1、8种氨基酸总量和12种必需氨基酸含量均较高，且呈现随时间的推移而逐渐下降的趋势；其必需氨基酸分均较高，氨基酸组成较平衡；对牛、猪、鸡、鸭、鹅、草鱼、对虾和羊8种动物的必需氨基酸指数4个时期之间无差异，均大于0.86，可作为这些动物的优良植物饲料蛋白源；在7月中下旬其生物量和营养达到了最佳结合点，适宜采摘或刈割。
