Then the disease index of tomato early blight was investigated, and the controlling effects was calculated .At the same time, the quantities of microbes around the tomato root were counted.

Asian (47.4%) and temperate genera mainly constituted by North temperate (50%) and E. Asian (50%). So that the geographical elements are discomplex. In the 25 species of arborous layer, 76% is the middle subtropical zonal type, 16% south subtropical zonal type and 8% north subtropical zonal type, of which the first 6 positions of important value index were all middle subtropical zonal type. This showed that the community was subtropical characteristic. There are 59.5% evergreen and 40.5% deblade of 79 known species in which the mid-phaenerophytes is the first position of all, accounting for 27.8%, and the evergreen broad-leaved species constituted the majority of meso-phaenerophytes which accounts for 15.2%.

乔木层多数优势种为稳定型种群，所以乔木层优势区系成分相当稳定，表明该群落为一种顶极群落。59个种子植物属只有10个分布区类型和4个变型，地理成分不复杂，其中热带分布27属占46.6%，温带分布31属占53.4%；热带分布以泛热带和热带亚洲分布为主，分别占52.6%和47.4%，温带分布为北温带和东亚分布各占50%。25个乔木层树种中，中亚热带地理分布类型的占76%，南亚热带地理分布类型的占16%，北亚热带地理分布类型占8%，重要值指数排列前6名的均为中亚热带地理分布类型，所以该群落为亚热带性质。

ResultsThe combination of Changdiqing and Changyanqing could significantly improve the symptoms of diarrhea and hematochezia, decrease the ulcer index of colonic mucosa,aleviate the pathological changes, increase SOD activity in serum and tissues of colon, and decrease the level of MDA in UC model rats compared with normal saline enema and the other two treatment groups.

结果与模型组和其他两个治疗组比较，肠涤清＋肠炎清可以显著改善UC大鼠的腹泻和便血情况，减轻结肠黏膜损伤指数，改善结肠黏膜的病理形态学情况，提高血清和结肠组织中SOD活力，降低血清和结肠组织中MDA含量。

The average weight of the tumors in control group, metronomic group and MTD group were (3.72±0.60)g,(1.85±0.38)g and (1.93±0.41)g, the average microvessel count were 26.38±2.56, 15.09±3.03 and 23.51±2.78, PCNA index were 83.88±3.72, 81.60±4.21 and 71.80±3.86, respectively.

对照组、节律组和MTD组皮下瘤重分别为(3.72±0.60)g、(1.85±0.38)g和(1.93±0.41)g，微血管计数分别为(26.35±2.56)个、(15.09±3.03)个和(23.51±2.78)个，PCNA指数分别为83.88±3.72、81.60±4.21和71.80±3.86。

The 3D topography of fractured surfaces was reconstructed and quantified by the means of SEM stereo pairs, image processing and analysis, and computer vision. It was shown that measured 3D roughness indexes Rs, Rq and Rmax have good positive relations to the crack propagation part of absorbed impact energy. Although fractal behavior had been checked out on the fractured surfaces, the fractal dimension was found nonsensitive to the fracture mode and mechanical properties. The geometric characteristics of fractal fractured surfaces should be quantified in fractal dimension together with absolute parameters.

利用扫描电镜立体对技术、图像处理与分析和计算机视觉方法对示波冲击断口形貌进行了三维重建和定量分析结果表明，断口三维粗糙度指数Rs，Rq和Rmax与示波冲击裂纹扩展功有很好的对应关系，显示了它们良好的应用前景断面虽然表现出分形行为，但分形维数是一个对断裂模式和性能不敏感参量对分形断口的几何特征描述应将分维和绝对尺度结合起来

结果表明，木榄和红海榄有极其相似的生态位宽度和极高的生态位重叠关系，Hegyi竞争指数模型计算的竞争强度也证明，木榄和红海榄之间存在有激烈的生存竞争，并预测到木榄和红海榄将长期共存，但木榄在竞争中有微弱的优势。

ANP and CX43 began to express at 2nd week after induction and increased gradually,about 60% of the resulting myogenic cells were positive at 4th week after induction ,they were negative for uninduced cells.hMSCs'surface antigen profiles obtained by Flow Cytometry were negative for CD31\CD34\CD45 before and after induction,but CD90 expressed higher after induction while was weak positive before induction(P.05). Apotosis index was correlated with the cultural time after induction,The apoptosis rate of induced hMSCs was remarkably higher than control group(P.01),and the variation between groups was notable(P.05),the cell cycle analysis showed that the percentages of G_0/G_1phases were reduced significantly after induction. The expresstion levels ofβ-MHC and CTNT mRNA were undetectable before induction,began to increase at 1st、4th week after induction,reached the peak at 6th week and decreased after that,the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax mRNA varied regularly after treated with 5-azacytidine. hMSCs'resting membrane potential、range and rate of depolarization were heightened gradually after being induced.

结果：hMSCs诱导前为纺锤形，诱导后第2天部分细胞即开始发生形变，呈球形或短棒状，1周后胞浆中颗粒增多，约20～30%细胞边缘呈毛刷样变化；hMSCs表面抗原CD31、CD34、CD45在诱导前后差异无统计学意义，CD90未诱导时表达呈弱阳性，诱导后明显增高(P.05)；ANP和CX43在诱导前无表达，诱导后第2周开始表达且表达随时间逐渐增强，但CX43在诱导后第5周表达量开始降低。hMSCs诱导后凋亡指数随诱导后培养时间增加，低浓度诱导组低于标准浓度诱导组，组间差异有统计学意义(P.05)，G_0/G_1期细胞比例诱导后较对照组显著减少(P.05)；β-MHC和CTNT基因分别在诱导后第1周和第4周时表达开始增强，在第6周时均达到高峰，第8周时表达开始衰减，Bcl-2、Bax基因表达呈时间依赖性变化，hMSCs经诱导后随心肌样细胞特征的表达膜静息电位、去极化幅值和去极化速率逐渐增高。
