Methods Marshland areas near high endemic villages of schistosomiasis in the Poyang Lake region were selected. Corresponding map was digitized and (Landsat 5 TM) the image was corrected according to the digital map. The image where water and land shifted during floody and dry seasons was extracted and classified by unsupervised method. The image in dry seasons was calculated by both Normalized Difference Vegetation Index and Tasseled Cap model. Traditional snail survey was done at the same areas and recorded the geographic position by Geographic Position System. Some cultured lands inside the embankment and water pound in marshland areas were selected as control group. Results The image of pilot areas was classified into 10 classes.

方法选择鄱阳湖区内3个洲岛型血吸病重度流行村周围的洲滩地图进行数字化，在数字化地图的基础上分别对两张Landsat 5TM卫星遥感片进行校正，并提取出冬陆夏水洲滩部分，运用ERDAS IMAGINE软件对此洲滩进行计算机非监督分类、校正植被指数(Normalized Difference Vegetation Index， NDVI)和穗帽湿度变换指数(Tasseled Cap， TC)模型计算；用传统方法进行螺情调查，卫星定位仪记录有钉螺点的经纬度，同时选择部分堤内的农田和水溏作为对照点。

The most important postmortem processes include transport, test size sorting, mechanical breakage and erosion, test dissolution and so on. The author put forward two new concepts: foraminiferal test"breakage index" and"dissolution index" to quantitatively describe the postmortem processes, and applied them to the observation and experiment on test breakage and dissolution.

Based on geomorphy and anthropo-factor that influence land use structure, D and S of 8 types is analyzed, and the result indicate that:(1) the complicated geomorphy is uppermost factor that influence fractal dimension of land use type;(2) the social economical level influence D and S of land use structure in a certain extent;(3) the average fractal dimension values and average stability indexes are integrative reflection of the land use structure of each region.

结果表明：(1)复杂的地貌类型是影响土地利用类型D 值和S值的最主要因素；(2)社会经济发展水平一定程度上影响土地利用类型的分维值和稳定性指数；(3)区域土地利用类型的平均分维值、稳定性指数的大小是土地利用结构的综合反映。

Results The sensitivity (82.1%), likehood ratio (4.49), and Youden′s index (0.638) of UmA S/D were higher than those of UtA S/D;the sensitivtity (85.7%), specificity (82.9%), likehood ratio (5.01), and Youden′s index (0.686) of UmA △Q were all higher than those of UtA △Q; and the various indexes of UmA △Q and UtA △Q were higher than those of UmA S/D and UtA S/D; each index of IlA S/D and IlA △Q was lower.

结果：UmA S/D的敏感度(82.1%)、阳性似然比(4.49)及约登指数(0.638)均高于UtA S/D；UmA △Q的敏感度(85.7%)、特异度(82.9%)、阳性似然比(5.01)及约登指数(0.686)均高于UtA △Q，且UmA △Q和UtA △Q各项指标分别高于UmA S/D和UtA S/D；IlA S/D及IlA △Q各指标均较低。

The results obtained from range analysis and variance analysis show that the channel turning angle is the most important factor affecting the flow index, and the flow rate is seriously influenced by the number of channel units, which facilitates settling the problem of increscent flow rate due to the structural optimization.
