When processing the restrained conditions, we convert the restrained conditions into punish function and add it to fitness function which profits from the conventional method. We introduce the support vector machine to the selection operator, which increases the multiplicity of selection and increases the probability of the algorithm getting the overall optimal solution. Also, we use the adaptive probabilities of crossover and mutation in mixed GAs which enhances the efficiency of the algorithm. The result of tests about the system indicates that the improved genetic algorithm has more high convergence speed and better solution quality.

在生成初始种群时，不是简单的随机生成，而是用支持向量机对历史数据进行分类，用较优的一类历史数据作为初始种群；在约束条件的处理上，本文借鉴常规方法中的罚函数法，采用将约束条件作为罚函数包含到适应度评价中去的方法；在选择算子上，本文引入了支持向量机的方法，增加了选择的多样性，增加算法搜索到全局最优解的概率；同时针对交叉概率和变异概率在算法的前后期不同的情况，本文引入了Srinvivas等提出的动态自适应的方法，使得交叉概率和变异概率能够随着算法中个体的质量动态改变，提高算法的效率。

In the third part of this paper, it introduces detailedly the hardware and software information to you. It focuses on the hardware which relative to DSP in hardware introduction. In software introduction, relative time decision method and C language program approach of decision-function are the emphases. In the last of this part, it gives a method that uses decoded data to configurate right calling numbers based on the deeply research on Calling Information Data protocol.

本文第三部分详细介绍应用支持向量机进行解码的实际系统硬件和软件设计，其中硬件部分重点介绍了与DSP处理信号相关的硬件原理，软件部分则重点介绍正弦信号采样点相对时间确定的方法和支持向量机分类决策函数的C语言实现方法；在深入分析CID信号协议的基础上，按照解码系统的要求，给出了如何将解码得到的二进制数据串恢复成调制之前信息的方法。

In this thesis, an improved method is proposed to overcome the problem that the circular color histogram method does not take the spatial information of colors into account , combines spatial distribution information with image color features. The presented method adopt color space which has the visual uniform , three components carries on no laddered quantification, three components weighting summation composes the row of the circular color histogram construction, and improves retrieval quality, while rotation and translation invariance of color histogram are kept.

In order to improve the efficiency of mining frequency subtrees in a forest reformed the algorithm TreeMiner from data structure and miner procedure to fit to minning structure in large documents.

At last of this paper, it tests this decoding system according to National Military Standard. The test includes repellency of frequency excursion and noise interference. After this test, the results prove the reliability and feasibility of our system.

本文最后按照国军标规定，对采用支持向量机的系统分别进行了抗噪声干扰性能和抗频率偏移性能测试，实测结果显示了支持向量机用于频移键控通讯解码的可行性和可靠性。
