Results 7 lung cancer patients were detected three marker VOCs in their breath: Benzene,Propyl benzene and Decane.

使用TEDLAR气袋收集此8例患者的呼吸气体，然后使用固相微萃取－气相色谱对呼吸气体进行分析，根据其出峰时间的不同对VOCs定性，测得患肺癌的患者的呼吸气体中含有苯、丙基苯和癸烷三种特征性气体，而炎症患者的呼吸气体中则没有出现这样的特征性气体。

The results showed that the diurnal changes of photosynthesis of S. chinensis in tile overstory took on "double-peak" curve with remarkable midday depression. The midday depression was mainly due to non-stomata1 limitations. On the contrary, the diurnal changes of photosynthesis of S. chinensis in the understory took on "one-peak" curve with low Pn. The maximal Pn was only half of that of S. chinensis in the overstory. The correlation analysis showed that the limiting factor for this low Pn might be light intensity (p=0.001). Compared with its accompanying plants, S. chinensis was in a disadvantaged status in the community with low photosynthetic capacity, water use efficiency, and the ratio of photosynthetic rate to respiration rate.

结果表明：夏蜡梅冠层的光合速率日进程呈"双峰"曲线，有明显的"午休"现象，经分析其"午休"的原因主要是由非气孔因素引起的；林下夏蜡梅则表现为"单峰"曲线，净光合速率较低，最大净光合速率不及冠层的1/2，相关分析结果表明其最重要的影响因子是光合有效辐射(p=0.001)；与其它伴生植物相比，夏蜡梅的日均光合速率、最大光合速率、水分利用效率和光合速率／呼吸速率都明显偏低，在群落竞争中处于不利地位。

Methods 30 children with acute asthma attack were randomly divided into 2 groups: group of asarone injection inhalation and group of salbutamol inhalation, and professional nursing related to inhalation was performed; respiration, heart beat, blood pressure of the children in both group were observed as well as PEFR at 10 minutes and 20 minutes after treatment.

选取2006年6月～2007年6月我院门诊及住院治疗的哮喘急性发作患儿30例，随机分成两组，分别雾化吸入细辛脑注射液或喘乐宁，并由专科护士施以雾化吸入相关护理。观察两组治疗后的呼吸、心率、血压及治疗后10min、20min最大的呼气峰流速。

METHODS: Pulmonary function tests were performed in 20 children with asthmatoid bronchitis (2 months-2.5 years of age) before and 30, 60, and 120 minutes after salbutamo and ipratropium bromide inhalation. The indexes of pulmonary function measured included tidal breathing flow volume loop, percent of tidal volume to peak tidal expiratory flow, terminal flows per peak expiratory flow (25/PF), peak tidal expiratory flow, rate of mid-expiratory to mid-inspiratory flow, respiratory rate and tidal volume per kilogram. RESULTS: Before drug inhalation, the descending branch of the TBFV loop was depressed.

20例2个月至2岁6个月的喘息性支气管炎患儿，在吸入药物沙丁胺醇+溴化异丙托品前、吸入后30，60，120min各行一次潮气流速容量环检查，并进行肺功能各项指标比较，包括潮气呼吸流速容量环的形态，反映小气道功能的敏感指标到达潮气呼气峰流速时的呼气量/潮气量，呼出75%潮气量时的呼气流速/潮气呼气峰流速(25/PF)，潮气呼气峰流速，反映大气道功能的指标潮气呼气中期流速/潮气吸气中期流速，潮气呼吸状态下的通气功能，包括呼吸频率，每公斤体重潮气量。

Use intermittent positive pressure ventilation mode in ALI dogs, calculate Elastance and Resistance, then change to PAV, set the assist ratio 80％、60％、40％、20％randomly, Observe the changes of respiratory mechanics、blood gas analysis and hemodynamics during mechanical ventilation.

结果：随着辅助比例的增加气道峰压、气道平均压、潮气量、呼吸机呼吸功均增加，犬呼吸功减少。

The pneumodynamic parameters such as peak airway pressure、oxygen index were measured at the following points: before surgery,the end of MUF, 6 hours, 12 hours after end of cardiopulmonary bypass.

Golden pear could keep high quality over 100 days if stored at 5 centigrade, because the low temperature had influenced it in many aspects:(1) Made weight loss ratio lower than normal, and no fruit rot appeared;(2) Keep high fruit firmness all through the storage;(3) Respiratory climacteric came forth later than that which stored at room temperature, and the peak was lower than normal;(4) Activity of LOX and PG were inhibited, so the process of fruit senescence was delayed effectively.

Methods The effect of the two ventilation modes on respiratory mechanical markers including peak inspiratory pressure, mean air way pressure and circulatory index and blood gas parameters were observed and recorded by self-comparison when mechanical ventilation treatment were applied in 22 patients with severe ARF.
