Methods32 Wistar female rats, randomly divided into 4 groups were shamly operated or ovariectomized ,then all were fed with medicine for two months and then killed.The right tibiae were roasted and weighed to be dissolved by muriatic acid for testing Calcium,Magnesium,Phosphorus, and hydroxyproline. The left proximal and middle tibias were trimed and processed undercalcified sections for cancellous and cortical bone histomorphometric analysis.

方法取32只Wistar雌性大鼠随机分为4组，按要求行去势手术，然后分别灌胃给药，8周后处死，取大鼠右胫骨烘干测定钙、镁、磷及羟脯氨酸；取左胫骨上段松质骨和中段皮质骨硬组织包埋、切片，图像分析松质骨、皮质骨形态计量参数。

BALB/c mice were co-inoculated muscularly by this plasmid and the nucleic acid vaccine plasmid pVAXGE expressing the HIV-1 (Human immunodeficiency virus type I) gag-gp120 protein. The level of serum antibodies after immunization showed that the specific antibodies against HIV-1 appeared at the second week and raised to the peak level at the sixth week for the co-immunization group.

METHODS: Fresh bovine tendo calcaneus collagen was dispersed in 0.5 mol/L acetic acid, co-precipitated with chitosan and lyophilized. Dry membranes were cross-linked in 0.05% glutaraldehyde for 24 hours. In vitro its degrading rate was measured by use of collagenase degrading test. The chitosan-collagen membrane was implanted to subcutaneous dorsal sites of SD rats. After implantation, histocompatibility, vascularity and degradation were observed in vivo.
