T tube drainage was able to decrease bile viscosity effectively.The number of bacteria decreased significantly until 21 postoperative days.The time that T tube is drawn out is on 14 postoperative days.Bacteria may exist in bile continuously and play a role on relapse of choledochitis and bile duct stone.

Results:There were no abdominal pain and fever,jaundice faded away gradually postoperation.Biliary drainage was 300ml-1000ml/d more or less.Colour of bile changed into normal by degrees.Intra peritoneal drainage was open and the colour was light bloody.Amount of drainage dropped off day after day.Whole blood cell test, serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase,serum glutamic oxalacetic transarninase,total serum protein,serum albumin and serum globulin returned to normal in first week postoperation.Serum bilirubin,serum glutamyltranspetidase and serum alkaline phosphatase declined gradually in first week postoperation.T-tube was clipped at twelfth day postoperation.T-tube Cholangiography was clear at 24~ day postoperation.

结果：术后无上腹部绞痛、高热，黄疸逐渐减退，每日引流胆汁300ml-1000ml不等，由淡黄色混浊、内有胆泥过渡到金黄色清亮的正常胆汁，腹腔引流通畅，引流液为淡红色，量从最初的200ml迅速过渡到10ml，血常规、血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白等1周内均恢复正常，血清总胆红素、直接胆红素、间接胆红素、谷氨酰转肽酶、碱性磷酸酶逐渐下降，术后12d夹闭T管，术后24d T管造影提示左、右肝管及胆总管下端通畅，无狭窄。

After analyzing the performance anduncertainty of the DDPM vortex flowmeter in gas-liquid bubble flows, the vortexflowmeter-Venturi tube combinative method using the vortex flowmeter and the Venturi tube as measuring cells was put forward, the measurement model based on thevortex frequency and the Venturi differential pressure was established, and it showsthat the relative errors of this method for the mass flow measurement of bubble flowsare within±5%. Furthermore, the flowrate and volume void fraction of bubble flowswere obtained using a single DDPM vortex flowmeter through the relationshipbetween the frequency and amplitude of the circumferential DDPM signal, and resultsdemonstrate that the relative errors of the flowrate and volume void fraction of bubbleflows are within±5% and±10% respectively, which indicates the broad applicabilityof this method to large numbers of engineering fields.

通过分析管壁差压式涡街流量计在气液泡状流中的性能和不确定度，提出了以涡街流量计和文丘里管作为测量元件的&涡街—文丘里联合法&，建立了以涡街频率和文丘里差压为被测量的测量模型，该方法对气液泡状流质量流量的测量相对误差可达±5％；通过建立涡街周向管壁差压信号频率和幅度与被测流体的关系，使用单个涡街流量计实现了对气液泡状流流量和体积含气率的双参数测量，该方法对气液泡状流流量和体积含气率的测量相对误差分别为±5％和±10％，可以满足大量工业实际应用的要求。

The mathematic models of damp groove type continuous oil supply port plate /cylinder block and semi-perimeter double oil groove type periodical oil supply port plate /cylinder block frictional pair was established in the paper.

In the paper, the simulation model of port plate/cylinder block frictional pair in which the lubricating film forms was established according to force balance equation and flow continuity equation with SIMULINK of MATLAB. The frictional pair includes of damp groove type continuous oil supply port plate /cylinder block frictional pair and semi-perimeter double oil groove type periodical oil supply port plate /cylinder block frictional pair.

本文根据配流副数学模型中的力平衡动态方程和流量连续方程，利用数学仿真软件MATLAB中的SIMULINK工具包分别对阻尼槽型连续供油配流副和半周槽双油腔间歇供油配流副建立了润滑膜形成的仿真模型，并对不同工况下的这两种配流副润滑膜的形成及变化规律进行动态仿真研究。

The flow parameters, which controlled the heat transfer phenomena in the coolant channel of the piston, are identified; the experimental facilities and program will be established in accordance with the parametric conditions experienced by a real marine diesel engine. The experimental result for the flow within smooth-walled duct under the reciprocating motion will be used as the reference datum to assess the results for the study of heat transfer augmentation. As an attempt to enhance the cooling performance, the ribs will be installed in the coolant channels which flow was orthogonal mode for the piston moving direction. Finally, the results obtained for the tests with heat transfer augmentation devices will be compared with the smooth-walled test results.
