Results 20 cases of CT examination had made proper diagnoses,the CT imaging finding about the most of peripheral cholangiocarcinoma included:There was the atactic low density tumour in liver,its borderline was unclear,enhanced scan appearances were irregular peripheral enhancement,centripetal enhancement,and delaying enhancement;There was concretion and dilatation of bile buct in or around the focus;The local envelope of liver was lacunose and the local liver was atrophied,There was abroad putrescence and liquescence in the focus.

结果 20例CT做出了正确的诊断，部分周围型胆管细胞癌的CT表现肝内不规则低密度肿块边界欠清，增强扫描表现病灶边缘呈不规则环状强化，有向心性强化的趋势，出现延迟强化；病灶内或周围可见结石，病灶内及周围肝内胆管扩张；局部肝包膜回缩、肝叶萎缩，病灶内大片坏死、液化。

Results:There were two different fascial envelopes around the perirectal fat:a posterolateral envelope made up of the visceral pelvic fascia and an anterior membrane made up of the Denonovilliers fascia.Denonvilliers' fascia couldn't be regarded as anterior part of mesorectum.

结果：在直肠及周围脂肪周围存在两个相互独立的结构，一个是直肠侧后方的脏筋膜，另一个是直肠前方的Denonvilliers筋膜，它们共同组成了直肠周围的环状筋膜，Denonvilliers筋膜并不能构成直肠系膜的前界。

本组病例肿块均较大，均位于脑实质内，占位效应明显，最大者为6.0cm×5.2cm×6.2cm，最小者为4.5cm×3.8cm×3.8cm；位置表浅，邻近脑膜，但周围脑膜无明显增厚；肿块形态：类圆形6例，不规则形2例；肿块边缘清楚；均匀实性肿块6例，肿块内可见囊性改变2例；肿块周围可见轻度水肿6例，2例肿块周围无水肿；肿块信号相对均匀，T1WI呈稍低或低信号，T2WI呈稍高或高信号，其中2例肿块内可见脑脊液样T1、T2信号影；肿块呈均匀强化6例，环状强化2例。
