Results According to the CT features of part, range and extent of the injured kinds, the lesions could be divided into 4 types:(1) type Ⅰ, simple subpeplos hematoma (4 cases);(2) type Ⅱ, renal parenchyma trauma (7 cases);(3) type Ⅲ, renal parenchyma accompanying hematoma (8 cases);(4) type Ⅳ,broken kidney accompanying perinephric hematoma (5 cases).

结果：根据肾损伤的部位、范围和程度可将CT表现分为四型：Ⅰ型，单纯肾包膜下血肿，4例；Ⅱ型，肾实质挫伤，7例；Ⅲ型，肾挫裂伤并肾内血肿，8例；Ⅳ型，肾裂伤伴肾周血肿，5例。

Materials and Methods:24 consecutive patients in which 22 cases were proved surgicopathologicaly with acute spontaneous perinephric renal hemorrhage were examined with CT (n=24), and DSA (n=3) accompanied embolitherapy.

目的：分析自发性肾破裂致肾包膜下和肾周出血CT与DSA表现，着重讨论其发现肾破裂病因方面的价值。

对闭合性腰部或腹部创伤患者行ct扫描，分析24例肾脏损伤或合并邻近脏器复合性损伤患者的ct征象。结果：根据肾损伤的部位、范围和程度可将ct表现分为四型：ⅰ型，单纯肾包膜下血肿，4例；ⅱ型，肾实质挫伤，7例；ⅲ型，肾挫裂伤并肾内血肿，8例；ⅳ型，肾裂伤伴肾周血肿，5例。
