Results:After d ealing with the wound which sealing time of acute wound was 1～3 weeks,average time was 2 weeks.Sealing time of chronic wound was 2～8 weeks,average time was 4 weeks.

Endometriosis was surgically induced in 80 SD rats, The growth of the transplant and rats' estrus cycle was observed in different times after the implantation operation. The endometrum of the uninjured side and the ectopic endometrum were taken for observing by microscope and electroscope.

Material and MethodsRA Rabbit Model group: 15 early RA rabbits of the same weight and variety Control group:10 normal rabbits of the same weight and varietyMethods of making RA rabbit model:elect 15 normal rabbits of the same weight and variety, dissolve Ovalbumin in 0.9% sodium chloride solution, to make the solution of 20mg/ml concengtration, blend the same quantity of complete Freund′s Adjuvant equably ,inject the mixed solution into endermic tissue of the rabbit′s scapular section, making the rabbits allergic, inject 1 ml of the mixed solution to one rabbit every time, inject 1 ml of the mixed solution in 5 different places of the rabbit′s scapular section, inject the rabbit one time every week,inject 3 weeks continuously,it turned out to be that the rabbits will be allergic, inject Ovalbumin blent with the 0.9% sodium chloride solution into the knee joint cavity of the rabbits in the fourth week, 5 mg Ovalbumin every knee joint cavity,two knees of every rabbit of the 15 rabbits are both injected,the arthrosis diameter and the exterior temperature of the knees will be added obviously in 24 hours,and they will drop gradually,at the time of the 14th or 21th day, the arthrosis diameter and the exterior temperature of the knees will get to the balance time,the incidence rate of RA is 100%.after the RA model succeeds,it is the early time of RA from the first week to the fourth week,after the fourth week,it is the late time of RA, the cartilage of the femoral condyle and the subchondral bone cortices will be changed unrecoverily.

资料与方法RA模型组：早期RA家兔模型15只，品种及体重接近。对照组：正常家兔10只，品种及体重接近。RA家兔模型制作方法：选取15只成年家兔，体重、品种接近，将卵蛋白溶解于生理盐水，配成浓度为20mg/ml的溶液，与等量完全弗氏佐剂混匀，注入家兔肩胛区皮下致敏，每只家兔每次注射1ml，于肩胛区5个不同区域注射，每周一次，连续注射3周而致敏，第4周向膝关节腔注射卵蛋白生理盐水溶液，每只关节腔注射5mg卵蛋白，15只家兔膝关节全部注射，24h内此关节直径和表面温度大幅度上升，以后缓慢下降，至14～21d达到平台期，发病率达100%。造模成功后第1～4周为早期改变，第4周以后出现不可逆的关节软骨及骨破坏。采用高频超声对RA模型组与对照组的膝关节髌上囊液体厚度、滑膜及股骨髁软骨厚度及软骨下骨皮质的回声情况进行对比观察。结果RA组模型组膝关节髌上囊积液及滑膜的厚度明显厚于对照组，其股骨髁软骨的厚度与对照组相比无明显差异，其软骨下骨皮质与对照组相比无明显改变。

METHODS: Peripheral nerve injury models of New Zealand rabbits were established. The immediate repairing group received suture immediately after injury; For the other three groups, the two broken ends of their nerves were fixed on sarcolemmas temporarily and their wounds were sutured layer by layer. Then they were opened respectively at week 2, week 4 and month 3 after injury, to receive epineural suture with non traumatic 10-0 nylon suture under operating microscope, after which wounds were sutured again.

建立成年新西兰大白兔周围神经损伤模型，即时修复组立即缝合伤口，2周后神经修复组、4周后神经修复组、3个月后神经修复组采用神经两断端分别固定于肌膜上，逐层缝合伤口，2周，4周，3个月后重新打开伤口，在手术显微镜下用10-0无损伤尼龙针线进行外膜缝合修复坐骨神经，缝合伤口。

结果 术后 2周，A组炎性反应稍重于 B组；至 4周时两组的炎性反应程度相似，近端少许胶原纤维增生；8周时两组的炎性反应基本停止，胶原纤维增生稍明显；14周时两组神经外膜构成完整，束膜、内膜结构无明显差异。

ResultsClean time of operated area and epithelization time of treatment group were shorter than those in control group.

结果治疗组术腔清洁时间（平均1.3周）和上皮化时间（平均8周）均较对照组术腔清洁时间（平均2.1周）和上皮化时间（平均12周）明显提前。

Result: At two weeks after OVA challenge, in model group airway wall thickness and positive cell nucleus of airway smooth muscle begin to grow up. At four weeks after challenge, airway smooth muscle content begins to elevate. At two and four weeks, expression of phenotype mark protein begins to low down, except for sm α-actin at two weeks.

结果发现，模型组大鼠激发二周后出现管壁增厚，四周后出现平滑肌层增厚，二周时即开始出现气道平滑肌Brdu掺入增多；smα-actin于二周时表达增强，而于四周时减弱，sm-MHC、calponin在二周、四周时表达均出现减少；电镜发现平滑肌细胞肌丝稍减少，而高尔基体、粗面内质网等细胞器增多。

The notable proliferation was not observed by eyes in the local of injection. The infiltration of inflammation cells and mild proliferation of fibrocyte around dura mater was observed by HE stained in 4 and 8 weeks after injection. Infiltration and exudation of inflammation cells was observed by HE stained in epidural nerve root. Compared with group A, no changes of group B, C and D were observed under specific stained. Proliferation of type Ⅱ collagen fibers around dura mater was seen under immunohistochemical stained in 4 and 8 weeks after injection. There is no significant demyelination changes under LFB stained. The thickness and shape of the myelin sheath in epidural nerve root was not regular under transmission electronic microscopy in 4 and 8 weeks after injection. Fibroblast was also seen there. In nerve endometrium, macrophage could be seen under TEM, myelinated nerve fiber changed significantly, but nonmyelinated nerve fiber changed mildly. When 8 weeks, the changes of group D is smaller than the group B and C.

给药局部肉眼观察未见明显的纤维组织增生；HE染色可见B、C、D三组给药后四周及八周时硬膜内外均有炎细胞浸润，纤维细胞轻度增生，硬膜外神经根内有炎细胞浸润及炎性渗出；特殊染色B、C、D三组同A组相比未见有脊髓及神经根的改变；免疫组化染色，给药后四周及八周时，硬膜内外均有Ⅱ型胶原纤维增生；固兰染色B、C、D三组未见有明显脱髓鞘改变，与A组相比无明显异常改变；电镜观察B、C、D三组在给药后的四周及八周时，表现为硬膜外神经根内髓鞘厚薄不一，形状不规则，可见成纤维细胞，神经内膜中可见有巨噬细胞；粗大的有髓神经纤维变化明显，无髓神经纤维受累较轻；八周时电镜下D组改变较B、C两组为轻。
