Methods MSCs were cultured with inbred line small-ear cancellous bone of Ban Na pigs . A 1.5 centimeter segmental defect was created in the mid-upper part of the radial shaft of adult rabbit. The defects were implanted into composited xenogeneic bone in experimental group and xenogeneic bone alone in control group , the defects were not filled with anything in blank group . The repair capability of the defects was assessed by scan electron microscope before operation and physical , histology, X-ray , transmission electron microscope, SPECT and bone mineral density examinations 4 , 8 and 12 weeks after operation .

将MSCs与版纳近交系小耳猪松质骨在体外联合培养，兔桡骨中上段制成1.5cm的骨—骨膜缺损模型，实验组植入复合异种骨，对照组植入单纯异种骨，空白对照组不植入任何材料，分别于术前行标本的扫描电镜观察和术后4周，8周，12周各时间点行标本的大体观察，组织学观察，X线片观察，透射电镜观察，SPECT扫描及骨密度测试，比较其骨缺损区骨修复愈合情况。

Methods This study consisted of 110 women with 8-40 weeks of pregnancy (60 with normal pregnancy, 30 with pathopregnancy, and 20 with fetal disorder). Counting of FNRBC in the maternal blood and its relationship with gestational weeks, pathological gestation and abnormal fetus were evaluated by single density centrifugation and Wrights staining.

方法对110例8～40孕周的妇女(60例正常妊娠，30例病理妊娠，20例胎儿异常)外周血进行单密度梯度离心，瑞氏染色和细胞计数，分析母血中FNRBC数量在病理妊娠和胎儿异常时的变化及其与孕周的关系。

RESULTS: Muscular atrophy was observed 2 weeks after denervation. The motor unit waveshape of gastrocnemius became single; time limit became long; voltage became low, and the fibrillation potential norientation wave was increased. Differences were observed between two groups 4 weeks and 8 weeks, but no differences were observed after 12 weeks.

结果：①切断坐骨神经后2周大鼠腓肠肌均发生不同程度的萎缩「左侧腓肠肌运动单位电位波形逐渐变单一，时限逐渐延长，电压逐渐变小，纤颤电位的正向波逐渐增多。4、8周时实验组与对照组有差异，12周时两组无差异。
