Structures of cochlea were measured on the images of position I and II ,including upper hemicycile width of Basal turn, lower hemicycle width of Middle turn, Middle turn height, Cochlea height, Modiolus area, length and width of Cochlea Nerve Canal on image I and Basal turn diameter, Basal turn lumen on image II.

在标准方位图像上设计并测量耳蜗9个结构径线(笔者分别定义为径线A—I，图Ⅰ A-G，图Ⅱ H-I)，径线A约衡量底周上半周宽度，径线B约衡量中周下半周宽度，径线C约衡量中周高度，径线D约衡量耳蜗高度，径线E约衡量蜗轴面积，径线F衡量蜗神经管宽度，径线G衡量蜗神经管长度，径线H约衡量耳蜗底周外径，径线I约衡量底周管径。

When comparing USFA concentration, it tended to be higher in female. Breast meat contained significantly higher saturated fatty acid (P.001) and leaf fat contained significantly higher USFA (P.001). C18:2 content from birds kept in wet pad type housing increased significantly between 10-11-wk old; at 10-12-wk old, the increment in male was significant while gradient increment was noted in female between 11-12-wk old. The content of USFA in breast meat tended to increase gradually with age and vice versa for SFA after 12-wk old. The trend for SFA and USFA content in thigh meat were gradual after 7-wk old while no considerable change was noted for the SFA and USFA content in the leaf fat.

Methods: Patients were randomly distributed into three groups: Group 1, 52 cases, asking them to eat fluid food for two weeks, semifluid food for two weeks and then common food; Group 2, 51 cases, asking them to eat fluid food for one week, semifluid food for one week and then common food; Group 3, 48 cases, asking them to eat semifluid food for one week and then common food.

Immunocytochemical staining was used to identify sarcomeric actin and intercalated disc-like structure when the cells were cultured for additional 1 week, 2 or 3 weeks, respectively. RESULTS: Sarcomeric actin positive cells were observed in 1 week, 2 or 3 weeks after 5-aza treatment. Some cells stained positive for connexin43 at 1 week and 2 weeks after 5-aza treatment, with brown pellet located dispersively around nucleus.

结果： 5-aza处理后1周、2周、3周均可见横纹肌肌动蛋白染色阳性细胞。5-aza处理后1周及2周连结蛋白43在部分细胞上表达：呈核周散在分布的棕黄色颗粒，5-aza处理后3周连结蛋白43 在细胞密度大的区域呈核周聚集成线形分布的棕黄色颗粒，个别细胞间可见此结构，类似正常心肌的闰盘结构。

Results In early stage group, 5 of 60 cases appeared enophthalmos in first week(8.33%), 48(80%)cases appeared in second week, 53(88.33%)cases appeared in third week. No significant difference was found in second week and third week（χ2＝1.563, P＜0.001. There were significant difference between the first week and second week（χ2＝62.484,P＜0.001 ,the first week and third week（χ2＝76.885,P＜0.001）. There was significant linear correlation between expansion of the orbital volume behind the axis of the globe and the degree of enophthalmos（r=0.994,P＜0.001,with each 1.0ml expansion in the orbital volume behind the axis of the globe causing approximately 1.0mm enophthalmos.

结果：早期组60例患者中，5（8.33%）例患者在1周内出现眼球内陷，48（80%）例在2周内出现内陷， 3周时有53（88.33%）例呈现出内陷；2周时出现眼球内陷的例数与1周时有显著性差异（χ2＝62.484， P＜0.001），2周时出现眼球内陷例数与3周时无差异（χ2＝1.563， P＞0.05），1周时出现眼球内陷例数与3周时有显著差异（χ2＝76.885，P＜0.001），后部眶容积增大与眼球内陷的比值约为1.0，两者之间呈正相关（r=0.994，P＜0.001），即后部眶容积每增加1ml，产生1.0mm的眼球内陷。

Results: The renal perfusion was increased in diabetes group after the injection of alloxan. The PSI, AUC and ascending slope rate of the curve of the time-intensity curve were increased in 1w and 2w with decreased of HPT; the pathological examination exhibited glomeruli hypertrophy and no thickening of basal lamina. The PSI and AUC in 4w and 6w were more than that of control group; the PIT and ascending slope rate of the curve got closed to normal in 4w and 6w; the intercapillary cells increased. The speed of ascending slope rate of the curve in 8w, 10w and 12w was slower, shown as PIT and HPT delayed; the pathological examination showned increasing of mesangial cell, hyperplasia of mesangial matrix and thickening of basal lamina, followed with obliteration of partial micrangium, glomerular sclerosis and reduce of PSI in 12w.

结果：糖尿病组兔注射四氧嘧啶后肾皮质血流灌注增大，1周、2周表现为时间-强度曲线参数中峰值强度升高、曲线下面积增大、达峰时间缩短、曲线上升斜率升高，此时病理可见肾小球肥大，系膜基质正常，基底膜无增厚；4周、6周，峰值强度、曲线下面积高于对照组，达峰时间、曲线上升斜率接近正常，系膜细胞增多。8周、10周、12周，达峰时间延长、曲线上升斜率减慢、峰值强度减半时间延长，病理出现肾小球系膜细胞明显增多，系膜基质增生，基底膜增厚，至12周病理出现部分毛细血管管腔闭塞，肾小球节段性硬化，峰值强度测值减低。

用分组饲养试验和代谢试验方法研究用等能量饲粮，不同粗蛋白水平对公绍鸭12周龄前生长和CP利用能力的影响，结果表明：在前3周内日增重随周龄提高近直线上升，5至6周出现高峰；增重与饲粮CP％、CP采食量间，前3周均呈显著正相关(P≤0.05)，以后则在Ⅰ到Ⅳ组范围内呈显著负相关(P.05)，而CP％最低的Ⅴ组不受周龄影响；测得氮存留率为27.4—55.5叻，平均41.5％；公绍鸭生长对CP水平的要求，前3或4周约20—22％，第4—8周15％或略高，其后降至13—14％；公绍鸭养作肉用，在6周龄前后上市可望获利，但此时体重尚轻，到8周龄后，因饲料耗用比过高，只宜进行牧饲或散养。

Electrophysciological indexes: in the experimental group ,the tardy rate of induced motorius action potential ,recovery rates of the amplitude of compound muscle action potential and twitch tension and tetanic tension of triceps surae muscle ,were significantly higher than in the control group.(4) Compared with the control group ,the triceps surae muscle wet weight was significantly greater in the experimental group.(5) histomorphological indexes: the count of myelinated nerve fibers ,diameter of regenerated axon,thickness of nerve myelin sheath and area of capillary were much more in the experimental group than in the control group.(6) observation of ultrastructure with the transmission election microscope: more abundant organella and maturer myelin sheath lay in the injured peripheral nerve of the experimental group, while not lay in the control group.

分别在术后第2、4、6周时进行各项指标的检测，结果发现：（1）实验组SD大鼠在整个实验过程中，其精神、毛发、体重，运动灵活性等一般情况优于对照组；（2）实验组的坐骨神经功能指数恢复率显著优于对照组，P＜0.01；（3）神经电生理指标：实验组运动神经诱发电位潜伏期的延迟率显著优于对照组，P＜0.05；复合肌肉动作电位振幅的恢复率显著高于对照组，两组比较第2周时P＜0.01，第4、6周时，P＜0.05；小腿三头肌单收缩力和强直收缩力的恢复率实验组显著高于对照组，P＜0.01；（4）小腿三头肌湿重的恢复率，第2、4周时实验组高于对照组，差异非常显著，P＜0.01；第6周时，差异仍显著，P＜0.05；（5）组织形态学指标：有髓神经轴突计数、再生轴突直径的恢复率，毛细血管面积，实验组均显著大于对照组，P＜0.01、P＜0.05、P＜0.001；实验组髓鞘厚度的恢复率也显著高于对照组，第2周时P＜0.01，第4、6周时，P＜0.05；（6）透射电镜超微结构观察：实验组再生轴突中细胞器丰富，髓鞘结构成熟，神经再生情况优于对照组。

The results showed that (1) COX-2 mRNA and protein existed in the mature male rat testis. COX-2 was localized in spermatocytes by immunohistochemistry.(2) COX-2 also existed in adult man testis. COX-2 protein was positively stained in spermatocytes and Leydig cells.(3) 2 weeks after administration of rofecoxib, the level of testosterone in the whole testis reached its lower values, being only 50% of control values. However, testosterone level recovered during 4 weeks. After such treatment, histologic examination of these testes showed atrophy of the seminiferous tubules and maturation arrest of spermatogenesis.(4) 2 weeks post-EDS, expression of COX-2 decreased significantly (P.005), in comparison with vehicle-treatment control. 4 weeks after treatment, a new generation of fetal like Leydig cells repopulated in the testicular interstitium resulting in COX-2 expression partially recovered. Although the expression of COX-2 mRNA and protein are enhanced at 8th week after using external testosterone, it wasn't significant higher than control group.

实验研究证明：(1)正常成年雄性大鼠睾丸组织中COX-2在mRNA和蛋白质水平均存在表达，免疫组织化学结果显示COX-2定位于曲细精管内的生精细胞；正常成年男性睾丸组织中同样存在COX-2表达，免疫组织化学结果显示COX-2定位于曲细精管内的生精细胞和Leydig细胞；(2)服用特异性COX-2酶抑制剂rofecoxib 2周后，实验组大鼠睾丸组织内睾酮的含量减少，为正常对照组的50％；持续用药4周后睾丸组织内睾酮浓度逐渐恢复至正常水平；COX-2酶活性降低后病理组织切片显示睾丸内曲细精管萎缩，生精紊乱，持续用药4周时影响最明显；(3)注射特异性Leydig细胞杀灭剂EDS 2周后，实验组大鼠睾丸组织内睾酮浓度降至极低水平时，COX-2的蛋白和基因表达水平也显著低于正常空白对照组（P.005）；使用EDS后第4周，睾丸组织中的睾酮浓度逐渐回升，同样组织中COX-2蛋白表达和mRNA表达水平也相应提高接近正常水平；使用EDS后4周开始给予外源性睾酮，6周和8周时COX-2表达水平的绝对值虽有提高，但与正常大鼠空白对照组比较并无显著性差异，说明外源性雄激素刺激睾丸合成COX-2的作用并不明显。
