Both of the thermophiles were motile by means of lophotrichous flagella and had high growth rate on medium containing cellulose. Optimal growth occured at 60℃ for the two thermophiles and at PH 7. 5 for Y, PH 7. 37. 5 for W strain. Y strain produced yellow pigment in cellulose medium and had yellow-colored, round or watery colonies in cellulose agar. The colonies of W strain were white -colored and similar in form to that of Y strain. The mesophile, Clostridium sp. B, was motile with peritrichous flagella. The colonies grown on cellulose agar were white and round with slightly undulate margins. The optimal growth temperature and PH of B strain were 40℃ and 7. 0-7. 2, respectively. All of the three Clostridia fermented varieties of carbohydrates and in cellulose media produced the similar end-products: CO〓H〓, ethanol and acetic acid. The DNA compositions were 34 mol% for Y and B, 35 mol% for W strain.

From 1985 to 2007, Beijing landscape pattern variational characteristics are as follows:(1) During 1985-2007, patch types and categories change is little, but area and patch number of patch types and categories change distinctly. Town residential landuse area increased 7.66% of Beijing total area, farmland and forest land area decrease in the mass. The total patch number increased at first then decreased. taking one with another, the total number is decreasing, and patch number of farmland and forest land are most distinct.

本研究的主要研究结果如下：1、北京市具有典型的城市景观特征，林地用地的面积占市域面积的42.534%，为基质景观斑块类型，旱田(28.754%)、灌木林(26.912%)、城镇用地(10.344%)是北京市主要景观斑块种类；从景观、景观斑块类型以及景观斑块三个层次的研究均表现出北京市各景观斑块类型及景观斑块集中分布的现象十分突出，斑块形状简单，主要景观斑块种类的景观分维度指数值均不足1.1，表明城市景观格局受到了较大的人为影响。2、北京市1985-2007年间城市景观格局的主要变化特征表现为以下几个方面：(1)在研究时段内，北京市景观斑块种类变化不大，景观组分面积和斑块数变化明显，其中最为显著的是北京市城镇建设用地面积呈单纯的增加趋势，增加幅度为北京市总面积的7.66%，农业用地与林地的面积虽呈波动变化但总体呈减少趋势；景观斑块数量先增后降，总体呈下降趋势，其中耕地与林地斑块数的变化最为明显。

Effect on birds community:Through the analysis of the correlation between the birds amount and frequency in the 9 parks and the 12 structure indexes of the parks,we reach the conclusion that Passer rutilans and Turdus merula are mostly effected by the area of the habitat, while Carduelis spinus,Parus venustulus,Aegithalos concinnus,Anthus hodgson,Paradoxornis webbianus and Trachybaptus ruficollis are mostly effected by humanlnterference.

对鸟类的影响：通过对市区9个公园的生境破碎化相关的结构、连通性、隔离度、人为干扰等12个特征变量与鸟类数量和出现频率的相关分析，发现常见鸟类中，麻雀和乌鸫对生境面积存在显着的相关关系；而黄雀、黄腹山雀、红头长尾山雀、树鹨、棕头雅雀以及小鸊鷉受到人为干扰的影响较为明显；白头鹎和珠颈斑鸠的数量与生境斑块的形状指数呈负相关；麻雀的数量随着斑块中灌木层密度的增加而上升；白鹡鸰随着乔覆盖度的增加而减少。

The results show that upper bainite of 9Cr2Mo Steel and GCr15 steel is feathery and the upper bainite carbide is lamellar or claviform. The upper bainite carbide distributes between the subunits of bainite ferrites by and large parallelly to the axis of bainite ferrites. Lower bainite of 9Cr2Mo Steel and GCr15 steel is in bamboo leaf shape and the lower bainite carbide is in shred or fibre shape. The lower bainite carbide distributes between the bainite ferrites, furthermore, the angles between lower bainite carbonide and the principal axis of the lower bainite ferrites are unequal.
