Results The concordance between the location of MEG spike foci and the location identified by the ictal and interictal EEGs was 76.6% and 80.9% respectively, and the concordance with ECoG was 80.0%. In 39 operated patients, Engel Ⅰ was achieved in 21,Ⅱ in 10, and Ⅲ in 8. In the operated patients, intraoperative proper management was performed according to MEG-showed eloquent foci in 29 whose area to be excised involved the eloquent cortex, without postoperative exacerbation of neurosurgical dysfunction.

结果 MEG显示痫灶位置与发作间期和发作期V-EEG结果吻合率分别达76.6%和80.9%，与发作间期和发作期ECoG的吻合率均为80.0%。39例手术病人中，术后Engel Ⅰ级21例，Ⅱ级10例，Ⅲ级8例；其中29例拟切除的区域涉及到解剖学意义上的功能区，术中根据MEG显示的功能区位置进行了适当的处理，术后神经系统功能障碍未加重。

Methods The free flap donor sites with long vascular pedicle and large diameter of vessel were routinely chosed, and chose receipt vessels with large diameter and proper position, and perform vessel ananstomosis under surgical loups instead of microscope.

方法选用血管蒂较长和血管口径较粗的游离组织瓣供区，选择口径粗大和位置合适的受区血管，将游离瓣制备成外露瓣，以利于术后血供的监测，在手术放大镜下行血管吻合，部分病例同时吻合2根静脉，以确保游离瓣的静脉回流。

The tyes of flaps included:SVN direct cutaneous artery skin flap in 23 eases, SVN island skin flap in 13 eases, and vaseularized SVN skin flap in 3 cases, All flaps were survived except in one ease of vaseularized SVN skin flap failed.

直接皮动脉蒂SVN皮瓣23例，岛状SVN皮瓣13例，吻合血管的SVN皮瓣3例。除1例吻合血管的SVN皮瓣失败外，其余均成活。

Results The AVM animal model was successfully created in seven CEMPs, which was similar to human brain AVM in angio-architecture, angiographic-image, embolizing behavior and post embolization pathological findings. Thromboses were found inside the CJA vessels in 4 animals and in the rest 3 the CJA vessels were shrunk without thrombus.

Results Out of 300 cases, occurrence of stomal leak was 5% and healing of stomal leak was obtained after treatment, mean healing time was 7.5 days and no event such as second surgery occurred.

结果 300例中吻合口漏发生率为5%，治疗后吻合口漏均愈合，平均愈合时间7.5d，无二次手术。

Neither stomal leak nor stomal stenosis occurred, acute ileus occurred in 2 cases, and both recovered after the treatments of gastrointestinal decompression, inhibition of secretion digestive juice and reoperation. Acute retension of urine occurred in 1 case after urine catheter removed. The symptoms disappeared after excises of bladder function.

术后无一例出现吻合口漏或吻合口狭窄。2例出现急性肠梗阻，经胃肠减压、抑制消化液分泌、第2次手术等处理后治愈。1例拔尿管后出现急性尿潴留，经膀胱功能锻炼后症状消失。
