The flotation mechanism of MG reverse-floating dolomite was studied by measuring the Zeta-potential of collophanite and dolomite, Infrared Absorptions Spectra analysing the adsorption of MG onto the minerals surface, ultraviolet- visible light absorbing spectrum calculating the amount of MG which was adsorbed onto the minerals surface. These researches showed that MG was more easyly adsorded onto the surface of dolomite in feeble acidic solution because of pure dolomite charges positive as well as pure collophanite charges negative. Therefore, a lot of MG negative ions was adsorded onto dolomite, and that MG negative ions contained hydrophobic group, the hydrophobicity of dolomite was modified, the grains of dolomite were adhered to air bubble and float with them.

对白云石和胶磷矿的Zeta-电位测定、红外光谱分析MG药剂在矿物上面的吸附情况、紫外-可见吸收光谱测定矿物上MG的吸附量等，研究了MG药剂反浮选白云石的浮选作用机理，表明在弱酸性条件下，由于白云石表面荷正电而胶磷矿表面荷负电，带有羧基和羟基官能团的MG药剂更容易吸附在白云石上，使其周围吸附有大量的MG负离子，而MG负离子的另一端为烃基，这就改变了白云石的疏水性，使其矿粒容易附着于气泡上浮。

Kinetics of methanol dehydration to dimethyl ether on modified kaolin catalyst was studied in an integral reactor under normal pressure. It is deduced that the surface reaction of methanol molecule adsorbed on the active site of catalyst with methanol molecule in gas phase is the rate determining step. The hyperbolic type kinetic equation r=ksbMpM2/(1+bMpM+bpE) is obtained according to the theory of langmuir even adsorption and using the R-E mechanism.

We get the optimum process scheme which is suitable for the unit, through analysising and comparising different absorption schemes in the incipience of running of PSA. As to different operation conditions during pressure swing absorption actual operating, we propose to refer absorption cycle time, hydrogen yield and recovery rate as target of process characteristic, study and find out the interrelation between process parameters which influences each other and controls guideline; Through optimizing process conditions, we find out the best operation clicking in actual production, then confirm the best range of absorption cycle time, which make hydrogen yield of plant, hydrogen products purity and hydrogen recovery rate come up to the production requirement at the same time.

通过装置运行初期对不同吸附方案的分析、比较，选出适合本套装置的最优方案，针对变压吸附实际运行过程中的不同生产条件，提出了吸附时间、氢气产量和氢气回收率作为工艺条件研究的主要对象，找出相互影响的工艺参数和控制指标的相互关系；通过对工艺条件的优化，找出实际生产中最佳操作点，确定吸附时间的最佳范围，使装置氢气产量、氢产品纯度和氢气回收率同时满足生产要求，并对影响氢气回收率的其他因素进行了阐述，对优化操作提出建议。

The experimental results showed that: the adsorption of methanol and isobutylene conform to Elovich equation. The adsorption quantity of methanol was bigger than that of isobutylene, but the adsorption rate was slower.
