This thesis is based on former studies made by our team. Combining with practical conditions, the thesis selects proper basis sets. Applicable and credible quantum chemical calculation methods were adopted to calculate structural optimization, net atomic charge, orbit energy, etc. for a series of compounds against parasite fasciola hepatica according to quantum chemistry theory.

本论文在课题组以前的研究工作基础上，选取应用性好、可靠性强的量子化学计算方法，并结合实际情况选择合适的基组，从量子化学理论角度出发，对于合成的抗肝片吸虫系列化合物进行了结构优化、原子净电荷、前线轨道分布等量化计算。

目的 调查、分析我市城镇成年人群脂肪肝的患病率、发展趋势，同时试对脂肪肝危险因素进行Logistic回归分析，以进步探求防治措施方法通过询问病史、生活史及既往史，测量身高、体重、血压，检测血脂、血尿酸、血糖、胰岛素、肝功能、华支睾吸虫抗体、肝脏B超等，收集2003～2005年连续3年来在我科健康普查的11956名成人的临床资料，进行临床医学统计处理和分析。

The study was carried out in two breeds of sheep, Indonesia Thin Tail and Merino, both infected with F. gigantica. Kinetic analysis of Fasciola gigantica specific antibody responses revealed that resistant ITT do not produce a parasite specific IgG2 response; whereas susceptible Merino sheep produce a high parasite specific IgG2 response.

In the present study, our main objective was to describe the diversity and characteristics of spider communities in the rice growing area of the Punjab, Pakistan. The study was conducted in four different districts (Lahore, Sialkot, Sheikupura, and Kasur) of the Punjab where rice is a major crop. All study sites were sampled using two trapping techniques. A total of 27658 individuals belonging to 44 species, 30 genera, and 12 families was recorded.
