The hot air furnace is a kind of energy conservation type furnace, composed of burner, furnace chamber, mixing room, hot air outlet and outside jacket, the diluted air in the jacket has two functions, firstly, having insulation purpose: the air belongs to inert gas, it has good insulation function for furnace body, can reach to purpose to cool/protect inside lining and reduce its thickness of furnace chamber; secondly, having preheating function: the gas in the jacket is contacted with hige temperature furnace wall, and enters the mixing room after heat absorption, then to teach the purpose of preheating and energy conservation.

热风炉由燃烧器、炉膛、混合室、热风出口和外夹套构成，是一种节能型炉型，夹套中的稀释空气有两种作用，其一，保温作用：空气属惰性气体类，对炉体有良好的保温作用，达到冷却保护和减薄炉膛内衬的目的；其二，预热作用：气体在夹套中与高温炉壁相接触，吸热后进入混合室，达到了预热节能的目的。

Using the aforementioned experimental methods,the author has performedcareful study on the thermoanalytical characteristic of nanocrystalline brookite-basedTiO2,and found that on the DTA curve there exists a small irreversible endothermicpeak,which is related to the dramatic structural phasetransformation from brookite to anatase then to rutile.

利用上述实验手段，作者首次对板钛矿基(brookite-based)纳米TiO2的热分析特性进行了较系统、深入的研究，发现在DTA曲线上存在一较小的不可逆、无失重吸热峰，对应于从板钛矿经锐钛矿到金红石的急剧转变。

The original crystal configuration of KGM was destroyed, and the molecular structure was disordered. The glass transition temperature T(subscript g of TKGM was only 13.14℃, and there's an obvious melting decalescence peak at 102℃, the difference between decomposed temperature and melting temperature is above 200℃. This means that TKGM has a good thermoplasticization property.

结果表明：合成了KGM和乙酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸甲酯的接枝共聚物；KGM原有的结晶结构被破坏，分子结构呈现无序化；玻璃化转变温度T(下标 g仅为13.14℃，且在102.5℃处有明显的熔融吸热峰，分解和熔融温差达200℃以上，具有较好的热塑加工性能。

Some conclusions were summarized as following: wood、 paper、 fabric and kitchen rubbish have the resemble pyrolysis characteristics; it is obvious that plastic"s decalescence happened during it"s pyrolysis process; the range of τ_max from great to small in sequence is plastic、 rubber、 fabric、 paper、 kitchen rubbish and wood.

其次，本文对垃圾典型组分的快速热解特性作了研究，并同程序升温时的热解特性作了比较，得到以下一些结论：木屑，纸屑，织物和厨余，其热解特性具有相似之处，微分转化率曲线均表现为单峰曲线；塑料在反应时存在较明显的吸热现象；τ_max(最大失重率所对应的时间)由大到小依次是塑料，橡胶，织物，纸屑，厨余，木屑。
