By studying the factors that affect the purities of products and recoveries of isoflavones, we got the optimum conditions for desorption: 70℃, eluting solvent sequence: water 3.0 BV, 75% ethanol 5.0 BV, flow-rate 2.5 mL·min~(-1). Under these conditions, the content of isoflavones in the product was 56.0% with the recovery of 89.3%. The content of isoflavones in the product was ten times larger than in the initial material.

异黄酮的解吸，以异黄酮产品的含量及异黄酮回收率为指标，对解吸溶剂浓度、温度等因素进行考察，确定采用水、体积分数75％乙醇溶液在70℃下依次洗脱，收集醇洗脱液可得到大豆异黄酮含量达56.0％的产品，含量比原料提高了十几倍，异黄酮回收率也较高，达到了89.3％。

Anthocyanidin extract in methanol showed 3 absorption peaks, at 270, 340 and 520 nm, in the UV-vis spectrum, with bathochromic and hypsochromic shift with methanol+AlCl3 and methanol+AlCl3+HCl, respectively; the ratio of the absorbance at 440 nm to that at 520 nm was 0.29. No fluorescence occurred under UV irradiance, and 5 absorption peaks occurred at 270 nm after HPLC. Five molecular ion peaks occurred on MS: 595, 381, 611, 587 and 571, respectively, and monosaccharides in the extract were identified as rhamuose and glucose on HPLC.

一品红花色素的甲醇溶液分别在270、340 和520 nm 处有 3 个吸收峰；在 440 nm 吸光度与可见光最大吸收波长 520 nm 吸光度的比值为0.29；花色素的甲醇溶液中加入AlCl3后发生红移，再加入HCl后发生蓝移；色素溶液在紫外光下无荧光；色素样品经液相色谱分离后在 270 nm检测有 5 个比较明显的吸收峰；质谱中得到 595、611、381、571 和 589 等对应的分子离子峰；花色素酸解液高效液相色谱图谱和鼠李糖、葡萄糖的出峰时间一致。

Was studied by Folin Ciocalteu colorimetry. The results showed that polyphenol content of C. album could be well calculated according to their colorime tric absorption at 765nm by applying Folin Ciocalteu reagent 1.5mL and 10% Na2CO3 6 mL,2 h at 30℃ for colorimetric reaction, and the linear range of standard curve was 7-70mg/L.The method established was very convenient, stable and accurate.Key words: Canarium album Rauesch.;polyphenol;colorimetry

结果表明：橄榄多酚提取液在加入Folin Ciocalteu试剂1.5 mL，10% Na2CO3 6 mL，反应时间2 h，温度30℃的条件下进行显色，并于765 nm处测定其吸光值，多酚质量浓度在7～70mg/L范围内与吸光值有良好的线性关系，根据此线性回归方程进行橄榄多酚的定量测定，该方法简单方便，稳定性好，准确度高。

The absorbance at 630nm is the index of transmittancy of pectin solution. The yield of pectin can be converted by absorbance of pectin solution by the method of carbazole colorimetric at 530nm.
