Results from this study indicated less than 10.85% reduction of the applied iron cyanide complex was detected in hydroponic solution in the presence of plants. Little amounts of cyanide were found in all parts of plant tissues, indicating the passage of ferrocyanide through the plants.

结果表明：(1)低浓度实验组52.99mg CN L^(-1水溶液中10.85%的亚铁氰化物被植物吸收，随着浓度的升高吸收到植物体内的亚铁氰化物的比例依次递减，但是统训学分析显示各实验组单位体重的植物吸收亚铁氰化物的量无显著性差异；(2)在植物的各个部位都能检测到微量的亚铁氰化物，表明亚铁氰化物通过植物的蒸腾作用在植物体内的迁移。

The Zn concentration in leaf and leafstalk increased with increasing Zn supply from 0 to 160 mgL^(-1), but had no increase or even decreased when the Zn supply was higher than 160 mgL^(-1). The Zn concentration in root exhibited a positive correlation with Zn supply and its exposure time, and the kinetic curve of Zn uptake fitted linear-quadratic model, i.e., fast linear uptake first and slow saturation uptake later, with the dividing point at about 1-2 hours' exposure, which could be related with the Zn adsorption on root cell wall and the Zn transportation across the cell membrane.

Abstract］ objective to assess a new imaging technique,optical coherence tomography,for the diagnosis of central serous choroidoretinopathy.methods forty-five cases (45 eyes) of csc were examined by ophthalmoscopy,binocular indirect ophthalmoscopy and oct.some patients were monitored by oct.results in images of oct in 45 eyes of csc,42 eyes showed serous neurosensory detachement,2 eyes appeared retinal pigment epithelial detachement and 1 eyes combined neurosensory detachement with pigment epithelial detachement.monitoring images of oct in 9 eyes revealed absorption of serous fluid and decrease of neurosensory detachment.conclusion oct is potentially useful as a new and noninvasive diagnostic technique for quantitative examination of patients with csc and objectively monitoring the clinical course of the serous retinal detachement in this disease.

摘要］ 目的评价光学相干断层成像(optical coherence tomography，oct )对中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的临床诊断价值。方法对45例(45眼)中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变患者散瞳后分别进行直接检眼镜、双目间接检眼镜、oct 检查。9例复查时再次进行oct检查。结果 45眼中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的oct 图像，42眼表现为单纯神经上皮层脱离，2眼为单纯色素上皮层脱离，1眼同时存在神经上皮层脱离和色素上皮层脱离。9眼复查的oct通过测量脱离高度的降低可观察到液体的不同程度吸收。结论 oct 是一种新的、无损伤性的、非接触性的、并能定量的检查方法，能明确中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的脱离部位，并能进行定量的追踪观察。

After the carboxymethylation,the solubility of pachyman in the water was significantly increased,its β-D-glucan characteristic absorption peak at 890 cm-1 became weak obviously,and its methylene vibration absorption peak and CO antisymmetrical stretch vibration absorption peak appeared at 1 333 and 1 606 cm-1 respectively,which indicated that the carboxymethylation succeeded.The analysis of AFM results showed that CMP molecules existed in different morphology under different solution conditions,and that the concentration,ionic strength and solvent physical chemistry characteristics of polysaccharide solution had effects on the CMP chains conformation and the action mode between different molecular chains.The phenomena were considered to be related to hydrogen bond association and intramolecular and intermolecular electrostatic interactions of CMP.

结果表明：经过羧甲基修饰，茯苓多糖在水中的溶解性显著增加，890 cm-1 处的β-D-葡聚糖特征吸收峰明显减弱，1 333 cm-1 处出现次甲基振动吸收峰，1 606 cm-1 处出现〖JG(〗C〖ZJLX，Y〗O〖JG)〗非对称伸缩振动吸收峰，表明羧甲基化成功；原子力显微镜分析表明：在不同溶液条件下，CMP分子以不同形态存在，多糖溶液的浓度、离子强度及溶剂的物化特性均能对CMP的分子链构象及链间相互作用形式产生影响，推测可能与CMP分子内、分子间的氢键缔合及静电作用有关，CMP分子与云母基底间的吸附及静电作用也会对CMP的分子链构象及图像质量产生影响。

Results At the dosage of 25 mg/kg,AN could induce higher incidence of fetal resorption and death,and decrease the average fetal body weight and le ngth with significant difference(P＜0.05)when compared with neg ative controls.At the dosage of 35 mg/kg,AN could decrease average vital fet us p er litter with significant difference(P＜0.05),and induce chang es of other indexes with highly significant difference(P＜0.0 1).At the dosage of 25 and 35 mg/kg,AN could induce higher teras rate,maternal t eras rate and malformation rate of vital fetus with significant and/or highly s ignificant difference(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01),resp ectively.There existed a dose-effect or dose-response relationship between abo ve indexes and doses.

结果 25 mg·kg-1组死胎率、吸收胎率升高，胎鼠平均体重、体长、尾长减小，与阴性对照组比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05)；35 mg·kg-1组除窝平均活胎数减少，差异有显著性( P＜0.05)，其余各指标与阴性对照组比较差异有非常显著性(P ＜0.01)；25，35 mg·kg-1组畸胎率、母体畸胎率、活胎畸形率升高，与对照组相比差异有显著性和/或非常显著性(P＜0.05或P ＜0.01)，且有明确的剂量效应或剂量反应关系。
