Hydrargyrum concentration in the offshore marine areas, inorganic nitrogen concentration in the marine areas of Xiamen, Quanzhou Gulf, Sandu'ao Gulf and the Min River Estuary, and activated phosphate concentration in the Sandu Gulf and Xiamen's marine areas exceeded the standard respectively.

Results As indican for the inspection targets, different areas indican was very different.In 6,7,8 three months,July was highest;In morning,noon and evening of a day,the evening was highest.

结果 以吲哚苷的含量为考察指标，不同产地吲哚苷含量差异显著；同一产地不同采收时期， 6、7、8三个月中7月份采收的大青叶吲哚苷含量最高；早、中、晚不同时间，晚上采摘的大青叶吲哚苷含量最高。

The results showed that: the influence of the aquaculture process on aquaculture water determined by type of aquaculture; the influence of aquaculture process on the water temperature, salinity and pH value were not wide.the descent of pH value was related to feed coefficients ; the dissolve oxygen of water in outfall was lower than the water in infall,but the concentration still maintained at the saturation level, is mainly affected by density of aquaculture ,rate of feed and artificial measures of increasing oxygen ;the major form of inorganic nitrogen was nitrate-N;the concentration of inorganic nitrogen and the organic matter tended to increase ,but the ammonium to decline ,this was relation with density of aquaculture ,rate of feed and variation of the different inorganic nitrogen form ; concentration of phosphate-P was low in outfall of pond , related with phosphate-P precipitating, as flowing water speed slowly in outfall;This phenomenon that the total number of bacteria and coli form group of water in outfall was lower than the water in infall , this caused by measures of sterilization and disinfection .

结果表明：养殖过程对水体影响与养殖类型有关。养殖过程对水体的水温、盐度和pH影响不大； pH下降与饲料系数高有关；溶解氧含量排水口比进水口低，但仍维持在饱和状态，与养殖密度、投饵率和人工增氧有关。硝酸氮是无机氮的主要存在形式，无机氮和有机物含量有升高趋势，氨氮有下降的趋势，与养殖密度，投饵率和各种无机氮之间的相互转换有关。活性磷酸盐含量在排水口含量下降，与排水口流水速度慢，磷酸盐沉淀有关。生物指标细菌总数和大肠杆菌总数在排水口比进水口低现象普遍存在，这与养殖场杀菌消毒等措施有关。

When comparing USFA concentration, it tended to be higher in female. Breast meat contained significantly higher saturated fatty acid (P.001) and leaf fat contained significantly higher USFA (P.001). C18:2 content from birds kept in wet pad type housing increased significantly between 10-11-wk old; at 10-12-wk old, the increment in male was significant while gradient increment was noted in female between 11-12-wk old. The content of USFA in breast meat tended to increase gradually with age and vice versa for SFA after 12-wk old. The trend for SFA and USFA content in thigh meat were gradual after 7-wk old while no considerable change was noted for the SFA and USFA content in the leaf fat.

胸肉含有显著较高之总饱和脂肪酸(P.001)，腹脂含有显著较高之USFA(P.001)。C18：2含量在水帘式畜舍在10到11周龄之间有一明显的增加，开放式畜舍则在11到12周龄之间有一明显的增加；公鸡部分在10到12周龄之间有一明显的增加，母鸡部分则在11到12周龄之间有逐渐增加之趋势；不同部位的部分则可以发现，胸肉中USFA含量，会随著周龄的增加而有逐渐增加的趋势，SFA则反之，且皆在12周龄以后趋於平缓，腿肉中之SFA及USFA含量，皆在7周龄以后趋於平缓，腹脂中之SFA及USFA含量，在全期则变化不大。

The maximum nitrogen content in leaf and leafstalk of all three treatments appeared in late September; N values in leaf were 23.1、26.5 and 26.2 mg·g-1, and in leafstalk were 14.4、12.4 and 13.2 mg·g-1 respectively, but the contents of nitrogen in the stem of P.

其中，T1、T2和T3的叶片和叶鞘中氮含量的峰值出现在9月底，叶片氮含量的峰值分别为23.1、26.5和26.2mg·g-1，叶鞘氮含量的峰值分别为14.4、12.4和13.2mg·g-1；而茎氮含量的峰值出现在10月底，其峰值为9.5、9.1和9.0 mg·g-1。

We also found that the content of Na(superscript +), K(superscript +) and proline in leaves varied with different treated days. Under all treatments, the absorption of Na(superscript +) increased and the content of proline in leaves decreased with the prolonging of treated days. The absorption of K(superscript +) measured on the 7th day and the 21st day increased and was restrained on the 14th day, which lead to the decline of K(superscript +)/Na(superscript +) ratio. While the content of praline measured on the 14th day remarkably increased with the increase of salinity. Our experiment indicated the live oak seems to adapt the salt stress by increasing the absorption of K(superscript +) during the earliest and late stages of salt stress and accumulating proline in leaves during the middle stage of salt stress.

同时发现，盐胁迫处理不同时期对叶片脯氨酸含量和Na、K含量的影响各不相同，在处理7d和21d时，叶片对Na和K的吸收量均有增加，使K/Na维持相对稳定的比值，而脯氨酸含量随NaCl质量质量浓度的增加减少；在处理第14d时，对Na吸收增加的同时，抑制了对K的吸收，导致K/Na比值随NaCl质量质量浓度的增加而迅速下降，而此时叶片脯氨酸含量随着盐质量质量浓度的增加而迅速增加，表明在盐胁迫早期和晚期，弗栎可能通过增加对K的吸收以减轻Na离子毒害效应，而在盐胁迫中期，叶片积累脯氨酸是适应盐胁迫的方式之。

Nuclear DNA content analysis revealed that hybrid plants had different nuclear DNA content:higher,lower than the parental sum or equal to it.Contrast to the lower and equal hybrids,bigger amount of hybrids with higher DNA content had abnormal leaf,bad growth vigour and poor fertility.

结果表明：杂种形态变异广泛，多数呈中间类型，少数呈偏亲性状；杂种细胞DNA含量不一致，呈现大于、等于、小于双亲细胞DNA含量之和的类型；DNA含量大于双亲之和的杂种与DNA含量等于或小于双亲之和的杂种相比，有较高比例的材料叶型出现畸形和植株生长势弱，育性也更差。

RESULTS: Compared with NS control group, the ratio of HW/BW, LVW/BW and the content of hydroxyproline, AngⅡ, MDA and iNOS activity in the left ventricle were significantly increased. The cNOS, SOD, GSH-Px activities and NO content were obriously decreased in the ISO model group. After treatment with PNS, the left ventricular NO content, cNOS, SOD and GSH-Px activities were markedly higher than those in ISO model group. The content of MDA, AngⅡ and iNOS activities and the ratio of HW/BW, LVI were significantly lower than those in ISO model group.

结果：ISO模型组大鼠的HW/BW、LVI、左心室HyP、AngⅡ、MDA含量和诱生型NOS活性显著高于生理盐水对照组，SOD、GSH-Px及结构型NOS活性和NO含量明显比生理盐水对照组低；PNS治疗组左心室心肌组织中NO含量、cNOS、SOD和GSH-Px活性明显高于ISO模型组；MDA和AngⅡ含量及iNOS活性和心脏重量指数比ISO模型组低。
