Duplication of digestive tract and tumor might cause the symptom of hemoptysis in childhood.

结果 42例咯血患儿中，气管、支气管炎引起的咯血18例(43%)，特发性肺含铁血黄素沉着症7例(17%)，支气管内膜、肺结核4例(10%)，心、肺血管畸形及支气管扩张症分别为3例(各占7%)，消化道重复畸形、肿瘤所致的咯血在儿童也可见到。

Objective: With umbilic blood from the mature newborns, to screen CpG-ODN, which can markly boost up the immunity response, from some designed CpG-ODNs; to compare the effect of CpG-ODN on the lymphopoiesis of umbilic blood from the premature, mature newborns and the peripheral blood from the adults; to observe the infulence of CpG-ODN on the immune function of the pregnant mices and their newborns, the immune-inhibited and aged mices.

Thin layer chromatography indicates that there is toadfish in medicine serum of Liu-Shen-Wan.2. The suppressive rate of medicine serum of Liu-Shen-Wan on HL-60 cell raises with adding of dose and time of pouring medicine and prolonging of blood sampling.3. Gimsa dying assay, in situ end-labeling method and flow cell machine all exhibits: HI-60 cells dealed with Liu-Shen-Wan medicine-serum present typical apoptosis morphology.

Methods PBMCs from 10 heparinized blood specimens of HIV-1 infected persons were collected to isolate the virus with PBMC cocultivation method. Neuramindase was added to the culture medium to raise the HIV isolation rate. The supernatant of cocultures were detected by p24 antigen capture assay and also IFA test was used to identify the isolates.
