METHODS 3-methoxy-7α-methylestra-1,3,5(10)-trien-17β-ol was reducted with lithium and ammonia,then the intermediate was hydrolyzed in oxalic acid and reacted with malonic acid to get 3,3-dimethoxo-7α-methylestra-5(10)-en-17-ol(compound 4),which was oxidated by pyridium bichromate ,reacted with acetylene,and hydrolyzed in oxalic acid again to get the product tibolone.

方法以3-甲氧基-7α-甲基雌甾-1，3，5(10)-三烯-17β-羟基为起始原料经锂胺还原、草酸水解、缩酮化得3，3-二甲氧基-7α-甲基雌甾-5(10)-烯-17β-羟基(化合物4)，然后用温和的氧化剂重铬酸吡啶盐氧化、炔化、再水解得目的产物。

GC/MS analysis on the leaf oil indicated that the main components with a relative content of ≥3% were alloocimene (43.22%),α-pinene (13.63%),γ-terpinene (5.49%),-3, 7-dimethyl-, 2, 6-octadien-1-ol (3.58%),β-fenchyl alcohol (4.58%), and 2-amino-3, 5-dicyano-6-(4-methoxyphenoxy)-pyridine (3.67%).

用GC/MS联用方法，对巨尾桉挥发油进行鉴定，相对百分含量在3%以上的化合物有：α-蒎烯(13.63%)、别罗勒烯(43.22%)、γ-萜品烯(5.49%)、3，7-二甲基－2，6-辛二烯醇(3.58%)、β-小茴香醇(4.58%)和2-氨基－3，5-二氰基-6-（4-甲氧基苯氧基）－吡啶(3.67%)。

Using the method of tosylation, tosylate terminated epichlorohydrin polymer as intermediate was synthesized by PECH and 4-toluenesulfonylzchloride in pyridine,azido terminated glycidyl azide polymer was obtained by the reaction of intermediate and sodium azide.

A novel liquid crystalline compound named p-phenylenediamine di 4-[2- benzamide] was synthesized from allyl 2-hydroxyethylether, ethyl 4-hydroxybenzoate and p-phenylenediamine.

In chapter four, molecular imprinting polymers against amino acid derivatives utilizing 2-VP+AM as combined functional monomer and trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate as tribasic cross-linker were prepared and result was compared with those with the same amino acid derivative as the imprinted molecules utilizing ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate as dibasic cross-linker. It was found that cross-link intensity of the molecular imprinting polymer is higher when TRIM was utilized and baseline separation for the imprinted molecule could be achieved. When TRIM was utilized as cross-linker more molecule is imprinted during the polymerization.

第四章采用2-乙烯基吡啶+丙烯酰胺复合功能单体，考察了三元交联剂三甲氧基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯烙印氨基酸衍生物的情况，并与二元交联剂乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯烙印相同氨基酸衍生物的情况进行了对比，发现三甲氧基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯交联剂在较小的用量下就可使分子烙印聚合物达到足够的交联度，实现烙印分子的基线分离。
