Quinazolin-4(3H)-ones(1) were conveniently synthesized from anthranilic acids and amidines,which could be chloridized with POCl_3 to obtain 4-chloroquinazolines (2).The reaction of 2 and 1H-pyrazol-3-amine would give two types of products.In the presence of acid or base,the C-N bond would be formed between the 4-position carbon of 2 and the NH_2 of 1H-pyrazol-3-amine.While the C-N bond between the 4-position carbon of 2 and the NH of 1H-pyrazol-3-amine would be formed when Pd catalyst was utilized.

以邻氨基苯甲酸类化合物和脒为原料，可方便地获得喹唑啉-4(3H)-酮类产物(1)，1经POCl_3氯化可到4-氯代喹唑啉化合物(2)。2与3-氨基-1H-吡唑化合物反应可得到两种类型的产物，在酸、碱条件下2的4位碳和3-氨基-1H-吡唑化合物的NH_2发生C-N成键反应；在Pd催化条件下，2的4位碳则和3-氨基-1H-吡唑化合物的环内NH发生C-N成键反应。

Five chalcones were synthesized via the aldol condensation reaction of acetophenone or parasubstituted acetophenones with 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-phenoxyl-pyrazol-4-aldehyde, which reacted with two kinds of hydrazine in glacial acetic acid under refluxing to give a series of bipyrazoline derivatives. In this synthetic course, glacial acetic acid is not only a solvent, but also a catalyzer.

以1-苯基－3-甲基－5-苯氧基－吡唑-4-甲醛为原料，与苯乙酮发生羟醛缩合，生成相应的查尔酮，再在冰醋酸中与不同的肼反应，高产率的合成出10种新的5位含1-苯基－3-甲基－5-苯氧基－吡唑基的吡唑啉类衍生物。

Four chalcones were synthesized by aldol condensation reaction of acetophenone or para-substituted acetophenones with 2-phenyl-1,2,3-triazol-4-carboxaldehyde, which reacted with three hydrazines in glacial acetic acid under refluxing to give a series of pyrazoline derivatives.

以2-苯基－1，2，3-三唑基－4-甲醛为原料，与苯乙酮［或取代苯乙酮(1a~1d)］发生羟醛缩合，生成相应的查尔酮(2a~2d)，再与不同的肼反应，合成了12种新的5位含2-苯基－1，2，3-三唑基的吡唑啉衍生物3a~3d，4a~4d，5a~5d。

The thesis consists of two main sections. The synthesis of 1,3,4-thiadiazoles,triazolotriazines and dioxapyrrolinopyrazoles containing chiral pyrazolyl moietyfrom D-glucose is described in the first part and the section one is about theDiels-Alder reactions between dienophile enaminones and diene 1,2,4-triazines,which provides a new methodology to construct the pyridine compounds. A total of37 new compounds were synthesized.

A series of lanthanide complexes (Ln = Er, Nd, Yb) with infrared emission properties were designed and synthesized by using different anionic ligands [1 -phenyl-3-methyl-4-(4-tertbutylbenzoyl)-5-pyrazolone and l-phenyl-3-methyl-4--5-pyrazolone and 2-naphtoyl trifluoroacetone] and netural ligands (2,2-dipyridine, phenanthroline, triphenylphosphine oxide and water). Three crystal structures of these complexes were obtained and structure studied, and the properties of photoluminescence and fluorescent lifetime were studied in detail.

The results indicated that: Tripyrazolone, tripodal and crptands ligand L〓, L〓 and L〓 have good coordination ability with rare earth ions Rare earth ions were coordinated with their oxygen and nitrogen atoms.

Firstly, phenyliodine diacetate was immobilized to the 2% cross-linked polystyrene or the liner polystyrene resin. The more iodine the resin had, the lower conversion to phenyliodine diacetate. We made our endeavor to extend the range of useful application of polystyrene supported phenyliodine diacetate in organic synthesis:(1) the reagent was used as an effective reagent of carbonyl regeneration from oximes and semicarbazones of ketones.(2) the reagent was also applied to the synthesis of 1, 3, 4-oxadiazoles, 1, 3-disubstituted-2-pyrazoline, 2-arylbenzoxazole from aldehyde N-acylhydrazones, aldehyde hydoazones and phenolic Schiff's bases respectively.

首先，我们以2％交联的聚苯乙烯和线性的聚苯乙烯树脂为载体，制备了聚合物负载的二醋酸碘苯，通过研究发现：(1)聚苯乙烯二醋酸碘苯是酮肟、缩氨脲有效的去保护试剂，不仅芳香酮，脂肪酮和α，β不饱和酮的肟、缩氨脲也能顺利转化为相应的酮，实现酮基的再生；(2)我们还利用此试剂，分别与醛的N-酰基苯、N-酰基苯腙及邻羟基芳亚胺反应，在温和的条件下发生成环反应，以良好的产率生成1，3，4-噁二唑、吡唑啉和二取代苯并噁唑等杂环化合物；(3)聚苯乙烯二醋酸碘苯还可有效地将邻羟基芳酮的酰腙经氧化、重排成1，2-二酰基苯。
