Quinazolin-4(3H)-ones(1) were conveniently synthesized from anthranilic acids and amidines,which could be chloridized with POCl_3 to obtain 4-chloroquinazolines (2).The reaction of 2 and 1H-pyrazol-3-amine would give two types of products.In the presence of acid or base,the C-N bond would be formed between the 4-position carbon of 2 and the NH_2 of 1H-pyrazol-3-amine.While the C-N bond between the 4-position carbon of 2 and the NH of 1H-pyrazol-3-amine would be formed when Pd catalyst was utilized.

以邻氨基苯甲酸类化合物和脒为原料，可方便地获得喹唑啉-4(3H)-酮类产物(1)，1经POCl_3氯化可到4-氯代喹唑啉化合物(2)。2与3-氨基-1H-吡唑化合物反应可得到两种类型的产物，在酸、碱条件下2的4位碳和3-氨基-1H-吡唑化合物的NH_2发生C-N成键反应；在Pd催化条件下，2的4位碳则和3-氨基-1H-吡唑化合物的环内NH发生C-N成键反应。

In this dissertation, basing on molecular designs, two functional blocks such as perylene bisimide and pyrazolone were introduced to the polymer structures,trying to obtain two novel Schiff-based polymers, whose optical property and electrical property are more excellent and the inherent properties of Schiff-based polymers will be kept.

The study of crystal structure indicates that the complexes belongs to tetragonal,14(1)/a, a=b=27.047(5) A, c=14.103(3) A, a=b=y =90,V=10317(4)A3, Z=16, Dc=1.071g/cm3, F(000)=3408, R,=0.1395, R2=0.1766 and every unit of the tetranuclear complexes is four-coordinated to tridentate ligand and nitrogen atom in pyrazolone from other ligand. The complexes is slightly deformed square-planar geometry.

晶体结构研究表明，该配合物为四方晶系，空间群I4(1)/a，a=b=27.047(5)，c=14.103(3)，α=β=γ=90°，V=10317(4)，Z=16，Dc=1.071g/cm~3，F(000)=3408，R_1=0.1395，ωR_2=0.1766，其结构单元是由一个三齿配体中的ONO和另一个配体吡唑啉酮环二位上的N配位后形成略微畸变的平面四边形构型，其中Cu的配位数为4。

Two different fading procedures were studied. One is the oxidation procedure on polyester fibers,the other is the reduction procedure on wool fibers.The study of oxidation procedure mainly focused on 11 disperse azo dyes and 11 disperse anthraquinone dyes. The study of reduction procedure mainly focused on 7 pyrazolone coupled acid azo dyes and 10 azo disperse dyes which has sulfonic group on the couple component.

The thesis consists of two main sections. The synthesis of 1,3,4-thiadiazoles,triazolotriazines and dioxapyrrolinopyrazoles containing chiral pyrazolyl moietyfrom D-glucose is described in the first part and the section one is about theDiels-Alder reactions between dienophile enaminones and diene 1,2,4-triazines,which provides a new methodology to construct the pyridine compounds. A total of37 new compounds were synthesized.

In the third chapter, the synthesis of5-[(1"S)-1",2"-diacetyl-oxyethyl]-1-phenylpyrazol-3-carboxaldehyde oxime(2) from5-[(1"S)-1",2"-diacetyl-oxyethyl]-1-phenylpyrazol-3-carboxaldehyde(1) and phenyl-hydrazine were introduced firstly. The synthesis of nine dioxapyrrolino[3,4-c]pyrazoles containing chiral pyrazolyl moiety(6a-i) from 2 with N-substituted-phenylmaleimide by nonmetal oxidant IBD-initiated intermolecular 1,3-dipolarcycloaddition was described in detail.

On the basis of previous work in our laboratory, several novel thiosemicarbazones and semicarbazone compounds containing pyrazolone-ring have been synthesized.

A series of lanthanide complexes (Ln = Er, Nd, Yb) with infrared emission properties were designed and synthesized by using different anionic ligands [1 -phenyl-3-methyl-4-(4-tertbutylbenzoyl)-5-pyrazolone and l-phenyl-3-methyl-4--5-pyrazolone and 2-naphtoyl trifluoroacetone] and netural ligands (2,2-dipyridine, phenanthroline, triphenylphosphine oxide and water). Three crystal structures of these complexes were obtained and structure studied, and the properties of photoluminescence and fluorescent lifetime were studied in detail.

The results indicated that: Tripyrazolone, tripodal and crptands ligand L〓, L〓 and L〓 have good coordination ability with rare earth ions Rare earth ions were coordinated with their oxygen and nitrogen atoms.
