Swallowing is a complex process. Dysphasia may interrupt normal life activities such as having meals with family and friends and enjoying food. Consequently, patients with dysphasia are less likely to attend social activities, which may lead to social isolation and frustration.

正常的进食是一个复杂的过程，吞咽为一连串复杂的动作，当病患因吞咽障碍困扰而无法与家人、朋友一同进食，享受吃的乐趣，相对的也减少了社交活动，造成病患的挫折感与社交隔离现象。

Empirical referents of dysphasia were also explored. It is hoped that this paper may provide a better understanding of the concept of dysphasia, which nurses may apply to clinical practice.

期望透过概念分析结果厘清吞咽障碍之意义，以帮助临床照护人员对吞咽障碍的概念有进一步的认识并运用於相关专业照护领域上。

Methods 120 patients with dysphasia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the control group (60 cases) used the treatment of nasal feeding,intravenous nutrition and acupuncture treatment; the treatment group (60 cases) used the dysphasia physiotherapy table on the base of the treatment of the control group.

选取吞咽障碍患者120例，随机分为治疗组与对照组，对照组60例采用鼻饲饮食、静脉营养支持及针刺疗法；治疗组60例在对照组治疗基础上应吞咽障碍理疗仪，1个月后根据临床疾病诊断依据治愈好转标准比较疗效。

结果 102例患者经X线录像检查均发现异常，其中吞咽延缓77例，钡剂偏流68例，咽滞留62例，小口吞咽40例，钡剂漏溢28例。

The clinical signs and symptoms include: slobber, incomplete chewing, meal leak, slow swallowing, long haul dining, and coughing or choking when eating or finished drinking.

临床上常见中风后吞咽困难的症状包括：流口水、咀嚼不完整、进餐时口中的食物外漏、须吞咽数次才吞得下、进餐时间长、一吃或喝完食物说咳嗽或呛咳等。

None cases suffered from serious complications such as pharyngeal secondary hemorrhage, infection, pharyngeal paraesthesia,velopharyngeal inadequacy,stomatolalia.

结果 术中仅轻微疼痛及吞咽不适，术后无明显并发症发生，包括出血、感染、组织糜烂，未出现腭咽闭合不全，无发音和吞咽障碍。
