To study the bioactive components from water soluble extract of the Chinese eaglewood, various column chromatography of Chinese eaglewood led to the isolation of ten compounds. Their structures were elucidated as 2,3-bis(3-hydroxyphenyl)- propan-1-ol (1), [(2R,3R)-3-(4-amino-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)oxiran-2-yl]methanol (2), 8-chloro-4'- methoxy-5,6,7,3'-tetrahydroxy-2-(2-phenethyl)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrochromone (3), 4'-methoxy-5,6,7,3'-tetrahydroxy-2--5,6,7,8-tetrahydrochromone (4), the isomer of 4 (5), 4'-methoxy-5,6,7,8-tetrahydroxy-2-(3'-hydroxyphenethyl)-5,6,7,8- tetrahydrochromenone (6), 4'-methoxyisoagarotetrol (7), 6-hydroxy-2-(2-hydroxy-2- phenethyl)-chromone (8), 6-hydroxy-2-(2-phenethyl)-chromone (9), 6-hydroxy-2-(4'- hydroxy-2-phenethyl)-chromone (10), and Guaiacylacetone (11) by means of spectral analysis and comparison with references.

为了进一步发现沉香中具有生理活性的化学成分，本文对国产沉香的水溶性成分进行了研究，从中分离得到11个化合物，通过红外、紫外、质谱、核磁共振(1H-NMR， 13C-NMR， COSY， HSQC， HMBC， ROESY)波谱解析，分别鉴定为：2，3-二(3-羟基苯基)-丙-1-醇(1)，[(2R，3R)-3-(4-氨基-3，5-二甲氧苯基)-2-氧化烯基]甲醇(2)，8-氯-4'-甲氧基-5，6，7，3'-四羟基-2-(2-苯乙基)-5，6，7，8-四氢色原酮(3)，4'-甲氧基-5，6，7，3'-四羟基-2-(2-苯乙基)-5，6，7，8-四氢色原酮(4)，化合物3的差向异构体(5)，4'-甲氧基-5，6，7，8-四羟基-2-(3'-羟基-2-苯乙基)-5，6，7，8-四氢色原酮(6)，4'-甲氧基异沉香四醇(7)，6-羟基-2-(2-羟基-2-苯乙基)色原酮(8)，6-羟基-2-(2-苯乙基)色原酮(9)，6-羟基-2-(4'-羟基-2-苯乙基)色原酮(10)和Guaiacylacetone (11)。

The main characteristics include: the quiet Sun corona has a rapid response to the flare heating, within 2 second the corona temperature increases nearly one order of magnitude, but later such increase becomes very slowly; the downward velocity at early stage of impulsive phase is too small to be negnected; chromospheric evaporation made by conduction shows some intensely, the maximum evaporated velocity may be as large as 1000 km/s; the chromospheric condensation appears just when the chromospheric evaporation takes place and its place always coincide with that of transition region in the early stage; the maximum of chromospheric condensation occurs also in the early stage of impulsive phase, at which the density in condensation may be larger two order of magnitude than that of surround and the downward velocity may be as large as 100 km/s; after the maximum of chromospheric condensation, its strongth decreases gradually but its width becomes greater with time and have a tendency to transport into deep chromosphere; the front of chromospheric condensation heats atmosphere obviously and the temperature in the chromospheric condensation is higher than the original case; the downware velocity of transition region may be greater than 100 km/s at the early stage; when the evaporated material collide at the top of loop, the densityand the presure there increase rapidly, which result in the formation of a shock wave; and so on.

在改善色球辐射损失和精确分辨过渡区的基础上，通过联立求解连续性方程、动量方程和能量方程，构造了一维磁限制性耀斑环在热沉积作用下的大气动力学模型，获得了耀斑热模型下脉冲相早期较为细致的大气演化理论图象，其主要特征是：耀斑对宁静日冕的加热相当迅速，仅2秒钟日冕温度增加即达一个量级，之后日冕温度增加缓慢；脉冲相早期日冕向下速度很小，几乎可以忽略，热传导驱动色球蒸发，其过程较为激烈，蒸发极大速度可达到1000km/s；色球压缩区与色球蒸发几乎同时形成，且在早期其位置总是与过渡区位置重合；色球压缩极大发生在脉冲相早期，其时密度可高于周围约2个量级，向下速度可超过100km/s；色球压缩极大后，其强度逐渐减弱，但宽度明显增大，且渐渐脱离过渡区往色球传播；压缩区内物质温度要高于原先的大气温度；过渡区下降在脉冲相早期相当迅速，可超过100km/s；当蒸发物质在环顶高速相碰时，环顶的密度、压力迅速增大，且温度也有所增加，导致形成激波，其波面以每秒上百公里的速度自环顶向下传播；在脉冲相前期，日冕软x辐射对色球的加热作用可以忽略；等。

The UV and IR spectroscopic studies of the monomer films showed that the photoreaction ratio of monomer (about 50%) was higher than the corresponding photosensitive polymer (about 10%, PVCi). The polarized IR spectra proved that obvious anisotropic absorption was displayed in the irradiated photosensitive film. With polarizing microscopy method, we found that these kinds of photoalignment films exhibited good alignment ability, and the stability of the photoalignment film could reach about 100℃. 2 A photosensitive self-assembled monolayer was fabricated that contained photo-cycloadditable groups, such as, coumarin and cinnamate. The reaction process were detected by contact angle method because the IR absorption of monolayer was very weak. The photosensitive self-assembled monolayer promote uniform alignment of nematic liquid crystals by LPUV, and it thermal stability could reach about 130℃. 3 A cationic bolaform amphiphiles was synthesized that had two photosensitive double bonds, and can be polymerized by ultraviolet. A layer-by-layer self-assembled deposition film was prepared in aqueous solution by using this material and poly (sodium 4-styrenesulfonate). The UV-Vis. spectra proved that the multilayers film was uniform and layer-by-layer. When LPUV irradiated the film, the photopolymerizable double bond underwent [2+2] cycloaddition, and the production of the reaction distributed along the polarized direction of incident LPUV. Polarized UV-Vis. spectra indicated that the irradiated self-assembled multiplayer film was anisotropic, and the dichromic ration is about 0.09, it is higher than the spin-coating method of photosensitive polymer or monomer. We used this anisotropic film as alignment layer of nematic liquid crystals, and obtained a uniform and stability alignment result, the static contrast ratio is about 100, which is very close to application of liquid crystal device. This thesis is an instance that the photochemical material was used in the physics region of liquid crystals, the route that was from photosensitive monomer, self-assembled monolayer film to self-assembled multiplayer film was undergone, by this logical research method photoailgnment of liquid crystal was extended and consummated.

围绕上述思路开展了如下工作：1合成了三种可进行光二聚反应的光敏小分子单体，LPUV 辐照制作了光控取向膜；用紫外-可见光谱法和红外光谱法分析了薄膜中的光化学反应，发现小分子的光反应程度可达到50%以上，至少比光敏高分子高出5倍；薄膜的偏振红外光谱证实，经过LPUV 辐照后薄膜出现了明显的各向异性；将小分子光控取向膜制成液晶器件，在偏光显微镜下观察看到均匀一致的液晶取向；并且热稳定性达到100℃左右，接近实用化要求。2制备了含肉桂酸、香豆素基团的自组装单层膜；采用接触角的方法监测自组装反应的动力学过程；紫外-可见光谱证实了自组装单层膜在石英基板表面形成；自组装单层膜经LPUV 辐照后能诱导液晶均匀取向，而且热稳定性可达130℃，热稳定性进一步提高。3合成了含有光敏双键的双季铵盐，在水溶液状态下将它和聚乙烯基苯磺酸钠沉积生成layer-by-layer 自组装多层膜，紫外-可见光谱证实这是一个逐层均匀的沉积；在LPUV 照射下，自组装膜中的光敏双键按照偏振方向发生[2+2]环加成反应，形成取向膜，用二向色性值评价的分子取向度高于高分子及小分子光控取向膜的水平；实验证明用自组装多层膜制成的液晶器件亮暗态均匀，静态对比度约为100，达到实用化器件的水平。
