The characteristical time-dependent expression of transcriptional factors HNF4α, C/EBPα, and C/EBPβ during the hepatocyte differentiation by bone marrow stem cells demonstrates that the expressions of these transcriptional factors are closely related to the initiation and maintenance of hepatocyte differentiation.

结论在肝细胞分化过程中，转录因子HNF4α、C/EBPα和C/EBPβ呈特征性时序表达，表明骨髓间充质干细胞在向肝细胞分化时，肝细胞相关转录因子的表达与细胞分化的启动和维持密切相关。

Downgrowth of the epidermis is serious, in the case of HA neither clear inflammatory cells infiltration nor marked downgrowth of the epidermis was observed in every observation stage. The material bind tightly with skin tissue. The histocompatibility of HA for percutaneous device is fine.

Results (1)Astrocytes and oligodendrocytes in mixed culture appeared better growth and differentiation than the respectively purified neuroglial, especially for the oligodendrocytes.(2) There were many pseudopod process among the astrocytes, which appeared centripetal growth mode.(3) The passaged astrocytes kept good abilities of division and proliferation and completely fused after 1 week of growth, and the purity was over 95%.

结果 (1)混合培养的星形胶质细胞和少突胶质细胞生长分化状况均优于纯化后的生长，以少突胶质细胞表现更为明显；(2)星形胶质细胞呈向心性生长，细胞相邻的接触面有较多的伪足；(3)传代培养的星形胶质细胞保持较强的分裂增殖能力，可在1周左右生长至完全融合，其纯度可达95%以上。

Typically and terminally differentiated mature neural cells could not be found without the stimulus of mitogen or only under NSCs self-regulation and self-induction;(2)NSCs derived from hippocampus maintain the character of stem cells much longer with better biological behavior; NSCs passed to the 2-3 passage are the best to graft since they have not differentiated;(3)NSCs cultured in vitro could self-regulate and differentiate into neurospheres and progenitors positively immunoreactive to specific antibodies representing neurons, astrocytes, oligodendrocytes and Schwann cells;(4)There are widespread synaptic contacts between various kinds of descendent clones and cells;(5)Neurospheres could be formed without the stimulus of mitogen when NSCs and OECs are cocultured. Many neurospheres and cells immunoreactive to Vimentin, GFAP, MAP2, 02, p75NGFR, GFAP, S-100, Synaptosis, Vimentin, Tau (Tau is only positive in cocultureof HNSCs+HOECs) could be found;(6)The supernatant fluid triturated from adult rat spinal cord stimulates NSCs to differentiate into neurons, but do not terminally differentiate;(7)Fibroblasts and O4 oligodendrocytes are not supported to grow under this culture medium.Part II: Isolation, culture and identification of rat and human olfactory ensheathing cellsOlfactory ensheathing cells/glials are the most powerful cells to enable the regeneration of axons in the central nervous system.

结果表明：①在适宜的浓度体外培养条件下，NSCs能形成典型的神经干细胞克隆球，Vimentin免疫荧光染色阳性，单靠丝裂原刺激或NSCs自我调节和分化诱导，不会产生典型的终末分化的成熟神经细胞；②海马源性的NSCs维持干细胞特性的时间更长，生物学特性更优；③传至第2～3代的NSCs尚未分化时移植最佳；④体外培养的NSCs能自我调控分化为神经元、星形胶质细胞、O2少突胶质细胞、雪旺氏细胞染色阳性克隆球和前体细胞；⑤各种子代克隆球和细胞存在广泛的突触联系；⑥NSCs与OECs联合培养时，不需丝裂原刺激即能形成克隆球，获得大量Vimentin、GFAP、MAP2、O2、p75NGFR、GFAP、S-100、Synaptosis、Vimentin、Tau(Tau只有人HNSCs+HOECs联合培养时出现阳染)染色阳性的克隆球和细胞；⑦脊髓研磨后的上清液刺激神经干细胞向神经元方向分化，但并不出现终末分化；⑧本研究培养条件不利于成纤维细胞、O4生长。

本研究利用石蜡切片法，结合光学显微镜技术对樱桃萝卜核质互作雄性不育系的不育株和对应保持系可育株的花药发育过程进行细胞形态学观察，观察结果表明：不育株与可育株在花粉母细胞时期差别不大，不育株的花药小孢子母细胞进入减数分裂期后，可以正常的形成四分体，四分体前期发育正常，而在单核小孢子期绒毡层细胞出现液泡化，绒毡层细胞向中间挤压小孢子。

RESULTS: High-purity ADSCs were acquired successfully. The ADSCs were induced into osteoplastic differentiation, and displayed typical adipocytes changes 7 days after induction. the cells turned to slender fusiform and mixed together, which showed positive PPARγ immunohistochemical staining and the lipid droplet was stained orange-red by oil red staining.

We found, GLP-1-IR cells in various guts of rat, pig and foetus of human with distribution scatteredly among the basal portion of intestinal glands. The cell shape corresponded with open type cells, i.e. L-cells. The density of GLP-1-IR cells was different in races, but the distribution regularity of GLP-1-IR cells was same. It showed that a continuous increase from the proximal to the distal portion of small and bowel.

METHODS: After isolated the PBMCs and blood-plasma from adult human peripheral blood by Ficoll-Hypaque centrifugation, the PBMC culture procedure with or without the self-blood -plasma was applied to polarize T cells in vitro , these cells were polarized by PHA(20 mg/L),non-PHA respectively.

用Ficoll-Hypaque梯度离心法分离出正常成人抗凝外周血单个核细胞和血浆，将PBMC置于含或不含有自身血浆环境中，并在植物血凝素(PHA ，2 0mg L)的刺激下进行培养，培养 2 4、48、72h后收获细胞，分别用双色免疫荧光标记，以流式细胞术对CD4+ T细胞表达表面分子CCR3、CCR5进行分析。结果：CD4+ T细胞受自身血浆和PHA刺激后向Th1 Th2两个方向极化，2 4、48、72h后极化率分别达到(13 2 8± 1 5 9)%(12 70± 1 6 5 )%、(17 19± 1 0 3)%(17 5 0± 1 30 )%、(19 49± 2 87)%(18 5 8± 1 49)%；而只有PHA刺激的极化率很低，两组有显著性差异(P 0 1)；Th1∶Th2之比约等于 1。
